Grand total still being doubled when 2 products are used
In the Reports & Dashboards the Grand total is still being doubled when 2 products are used. Making them absolutely useless for statistics. For example. If someone sells a 'Half Page' for £3000 'Web Package" for £1000 Grand Total : 4000 It'll display like this in the Dashboard report Half Page / Web Package (2) :£8000
Cannot convert leads now
I have been able to convert leads until today. Now the date does not pop up. I cannot pick a user. I cannot save the conversion for it to happen. It worked yesterday...not today.
Custom fields in 'Product Details' (Sales Orders)
At the moment you can't add any custom fields to "Product Details" (correct?) I want to be able to add custom fields that inherit the same choice menu as "Product Name". e,g; "Product Dimenions" "Magazine Issue" Cheers!

We try to generate Quotes but product list is to long and not comfortable to look into it. We can have on product position: 1. rtg 22 and 2. filling 23, 24, 26, 28 and 3. implant 11, 21, 31, 41 etz. Workflow firing when record is Edited

How can I create a custom filed with formula?
I have tried to make som simple formulas in the Customs fields, but I can't get it to work as I want. 1. When I click "Formula" I get this message: "Alert - Formula custom fields created or modified will not be evaluated in already existing records." Making system fields read-only
Is there a way to make system fields read-only? I noticed on another thread (that I couldn't find now) that system fields are meant to be editable by all users. Can I use a workaround where I create custom fields and populate them on the CRM module while hiding the system fields? Any potential issues that I could encounter if I do this?

Lead Details - How to change No of Employees
I need to make the "No of Employees" field in the Lead Details to where it will accept a range of numbers such as: 5-9 or 500-999 or 1,000+ The way it is now it will only accept numbers and no characters. Is there a way to edit this field? If not, is there a way to mass transfer that data to a new custom field? Thanks! Kathleen
Reports pull same name more than once
I have found that certain reports will pull the same name multiple times even though there are no duplicates. I have checked all my report criteria and it is still happening. I see it in some potential reports and some lead reports that pull email addresses. - Shari
Zoho shutting down when I save a tab
In the Leads and Contacts tabs, once I add or edit a new record and then hit save, the whole browser tab shuts down. Happens in Firefox and in Chrome, so it's unlikely to be my browser. Seems to only have happened today. I don't know if it's because I've been adding custom fields and playing around with the record layouts, or whether it's a bug from an update released onto the software. Is anyone else having this problem?
Introduce state engine for fields
As a supplement to the workflow engine, I would really like to see a state transition engine for picklist values. I would like to have values in the picklist move in one direction (e.g. Created -> Submitted for Approval -> Approved -> Closed) and not the other. Right now, I'm using a kludge where I've used a combination of checkboxes and dependency between fields to pseudo-implement the transitions I want. However, this is nowhere near as powerful or comprehensive as having a state transition engine

How to eliminate "Change" option in the Client/Lead/Contact tab in CRM
Hi :) In the client/lead or contact tab there is a field that associates the "owner" of contact/lead etc. It is the username of the account. So now I only have 1 username, but there is an option to change that which is useless as there is only one account under my CRM now. This was not possible few days ago but it suddenly appear. Merging related records in deduplication issue
We have a B2C setup. Our business is largely referral-based, so we have a custom lookup field in Leads for contacts: "Referrer." The problem arises when we deduplicate contacts and merge them. All lead records with the contact lookup field for the merged record lose that contact field; it don't get merged along with activities, attachments, etc. This seems like a significant issue. Is there a way to do this cleanly without losing data?

Phone number formatting
When entering phone numbers to be used with Skype I get formatting issues Trying to add a "1" to an already existing number If the phone number was originally entered with dashes "-" the number appears as per a normal American telephone formatting = 1(123)456-7891 However when entering a brand new number and not entering dashes - the number does not format at all and is is one big number = 1234567891 If the number appears already as (123)456-7891 and I try to add a "1" it removes all formatting and

Error when using the Concat function in custom field formula
I am trying to combine the value of the following fields: Company; Last Name; a custom pick list field; and a custom date field into a 5th resultant field. All goes well when using the Concat function and the first 3 fields however, when I add the date field and then I receive the error "Incorrect Data Type of Argument" . Need to filter fields in Accounts to control mass emails / mass updates and more
Here are a couple of examples: 1. I want to have a 'last sold' picklist and date in Accounts Module, and use those fields in a filter that I create my mass email contact list with. (I don't want to have the 'last sold' fields in the Contact Modules, since many Accounts (Companies) have more than one contact, and I always want a quick review of the Account to know what they've been ordering.) 2. In my data migration to get started, my 'account type' field that I have, resides in Accounts module.
