Tracking Campaign Source from Web Form Submission
Hi, i have a lead web form capture on a landing page in order to gather lead data. But i want to assign a campaign source value to this lead as well. I thought that i could have used this code (hidden field within the form): <input type='hidden' maxlength='20' name='Campaign Source' value='Campaign 1' /> Data from my leads are stored execpted the campaign source within the CRM Shouldn't i use a hidden form for accomplishing this task ? Web form to lead not working
I want zoho to save the email address and first name of customers that request a catalog through the web to lead form and then automatically email them the links to download the catalogs at the same time of saving thier info into the leads section of zoho crm. Notify contact owner for Web-to-Contact form not working
I have a web-to-contact form hosted on my website. When a new contact is submitted, it is successfully added to zoho and an automatic email is sent to them. The problem is that I am set as the contact owner, and I have checked 'Notify contact owner', however I am not receiving any emails. I have checked all Spam and Trash folders and it is not being forwarded there. I don't think the email is being sent. Any help?

Edit the tasks list fields on the homepage
Hi, Is it possible to remove certain columns in the tasks lists field on the homepage? I logged in this morning to find the 'status' field is being displayed - I dont want it displayed because it makes the screen too wide! Please view the attached screenshot
Add more that one product at a time
Hi I really need to be able to bulk add products to invoices. I add a minimum of 10 products to any one invoice and it's doing my head in the way i have to find a prod in the product selection screen ( i have a lot of porducts) then click add then do it all over again. Is there a way that i can select all the products i want and just add them all? Cheers
Address Tab Order
Please correct the issue on my account where the tab order for the address (mailing street, other street, city, state, zip) does not work properly. It skips over "other street" and "state" every time. I have tried adjusting the tab order from left-right to top-down and neither work.
No Database Backup? Can't be true.
Using ZohoCRM, it appears there is no full backup option without paying $10? This can't possibly be true. I'm sure I'm missing something. Can someone let me know how to daily backup the entire database? I'm not talking about doing individual module exports (which not only is a pain, but only allows 3000 records and only 2000 if you're running a report). Sales Stages/Pipe
I'm taking a look at the ability to utilize the potentials module for tracking projects through their various sales stages. One thing I am having issues with is "Closing Date" Often times at early sales stages in our business, closing date is unknown until a request for quote is recieved, and or goes out tender. However prior to this, there are a number of sales stages that we require to track. I was unable to rename "Closing Date" to something that would be less confusing such as "Estimated
The Disappeared - email sent
I sent an e-mail to a contact. It was definitely sent (I bcc:ed a copy to myself, which went through). And it was definitely recorded in the 'Send Mail' area of the contact record (I checked before). But now ... it's gone! No trace of it on the contact record. And it's not in the recycle bin either. Was it something I did? Can someone suggest how I should send emails next time so something like this doesn't happen again? Or ... this is a bug?
Can I change the USERNAME???
I just want to know if I can change the username of any active account in the Zoho CRM, I know that I can change the name, nickname, email, etc. Please if someone know how to change the username tell me!! I think that for any company is very important to put in the username the job position, because if someone is fired or quit, you can conserve all the information and assign it to a new person.
Keyboard Shortcut for opening your Activities area in the CRM module
After completing or rescheduling a specific task for an Account, the page automatically scrolls to the bottom of the page. This is annoying, and I've heard there is no fix. That being said, are their Keyboard Shortcuts (similar "MS office") which can save users time and navigate quicker? More specifically, is there a KeyBoard Shortcut for opening (going back to) the Activities area in the module ?? -- (IE - the list of overdue activities, etc)
3 Questions for business-to-consumer setup
CONTACT and ACCOUNT Relationships 1) We are primarily a business-to-consumer company (we are a school and our product is classes). Many of our customers are the children in families. If SON is our "account" (he's our student), we would list his MOTHER and FATHER as contacts on his account. List the multi-select options that are selected, instead of side by side.
In creating quote & invoice templates i've included fields that display the options that customers wants a price for. These options are selected from a multi-select field. At the moment the view of the items selected is showing them all side-by-side but I want to be able to list them one on top of the other. Navigation column
Left side of screen has constant nav links to "search" , 'recent items' quick create, calendar, clock. I want to re-arrange those so the calendar is the top item, quick create does not show etc. Can't find any access to nav in set up. Thanks tonydmw

Mass linking between records
Here's the situation: From another service, I've exported CSV files for my 1000 contacts and my 15 products. Each of my 1000 contacts is associated/linked with some combination of those 15 products. Is there a way to show Event date/time on the Contact or Potential detail pages?
On the detail page for a Potential there is a section called Open Activities. When I add a Task here the "Due Date" for the task is displayed. However, when I add an Event, the Due Date is blank. If I print this page, using the Print Preview button, before going to a meeting it doesn't list the Event dates/times, so I have to remember to also print the actual Event page. Service/Support Tracking
I need some help here. My organization sells capital equipment and much of our equipment includes a set amount of support time as well as a warranty. We also provide support outside of warranty at $95/hour. I planned on having our admins create a case which would then be approved and distributed to the appropriate service technician. To complicate things, we bill a minimum of 2 hours. If the customer only uses 45 minutes the first time they call in, they'd have a balance of an hour and 15 minutes.
Tasks: Related to information inadequate
I understand that tasks are directly linked to each "account" or "contact" or "opportunity/job" "or "prospect". However, there is a serious shortcoming with what ZoHo allows you to see. Task view tab: When a task is created for an opportunity/job, ZoHo only lists the direct "related to" fields. In the case of a job task, only the job name is able to indicated. This "related to" field should also include the underlying account because otherwise there is no reference to what you are looking at.
Potential page crashes in Chrome for Mac
When trying to view a potential page, Chrome immediately crash and the tab is closed. Only happens in Chrome for mac (both the stable and beta release). Works fine when checking with Firefox and Safari.

Web to Vendor Form
I would love to be able to make a Web to Vendor form. I get a lot of inquiries from people that would like to work with me, or to provide their services to me, and I'd love to be able to direct them to a Web to Vendor form, so that I can get them in the right place. Your Organization does not have a Zoho CRM account
I have added the Zoho CRM for Google Apps but only the admin user jude@infiflex.com can access the app but the other user asamanya@infiflex,com cannot access the crm app it igives an error "Your Organization does not have a Zoho CRM account" , In the Setup>User > Account Information section the username asamanya@infiflex.com sho.ws "username" not confirmed. Please advise.
View using lookup field not working after deleting field
I added a lookup field (campaign) to accounts and created a view based on this field. Afterwards I deleted the field from accounts and since I removed this field I wanted to remove the views that used the field, but as soon as I select the view I get an error; therefore I cannot delete the view. The worst part is that this becomes the default view, so whenever I visit the accounts tab I get the same error. Is there a way to delete a view without having to select it on the accounts tab?
Mass Emails
Hi Guys, On Zoho we ar able to send 250 mails per day, which is great but when I have a mailshot covering say 5000 contacts, is there a way to filter out the contacts that have been sent the mailshot. ie If on Monday I filter contacts for a mailshot and come up with 5000 contacts, and send 250 emails, how do I know on Tuesday who I have sent them too? Cannot View Dashboard Graphs
Hello, Some of our users can no longer see the graphs on the dashboard page. Each graph block indicates that the data is not available. There is one person that can see the graphs only when they click on the magnifying glass in the bottom right hand corner and it pops up in a separate window. I can see everything on the page just fine. With regards to the dashboard, everyone has the same level of permission. We tried deleting our Internet cache as well as our temp files and it has not fixed
gmail activity sync to Potentail contact
OK, spent 5 hours and am stopping. I must be stupid. I setup gMail w ZOHO and expected that any email sent to or from a Potential contact from gmail would update their profile so I would have a running history. Well . . . not working. There is no wizard, no clear instructions, and even the support video is wrong: ex - there is no "profile" item for me to select where it says I should. I feel this should be easier to setup, and can't afford to waste another 5 hours. Is there any help for morons like

Hi, I have previously created numerous email templates, with no problem. Today, when creating a new email template, I keep getting an error: "only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content." I am quite sure that I am below this limit. It won't let me save. When recreating the email template with minor differences and different template names, I get the same problem. Notify Case Owner not Working
Hi, we have some web to case forms setup. When a case is submitted, a case is created and the customer receives the autoresponse - so everything is working fine on that end. However we have "notify case owner" selected and the case owner does not receive a notification. We have checked our spam/junk folders etc and this email is no where to be found. Is Zoho currently experiencing any issues with this feature, or have any advice on how to correct it?
