Can you add a more general product search?
Dear sir / madame, You have recently changed the layout of the product environment in the inventory management for ZOHO CRM. But you have changed so much we now have a problem adding products. In your last version I could find products in a long list of products and sort by name or by supplier this is not possible anymore. This caused a bit of a problem with our employees. Can you add this search possibility again? We now have to guess whether the three characters are matched with the correct products.
Unreasonable backup costs?
I was recently tasked with setting up daily local backups of our data held on CRM, and was surprised and disappointed to find that Zoho charge a $10 fee per backup. Since our entire database is only 53MB when zipped this seems an unreasonable amount to pay, and we should know, we are a data backup and recovery service provider. Editing notes field
I have a problem editing the notes field. When I try to place the curser over it to add additional notes, it disappears!. I have tried this in Firefox, IE and Opera and it is identical.
Merge Field to Show Day of The Week Relating to Date Field?
Hi I am creating a custom template for sales orders. Using the ${SalesOrders.Due Date} merge field I can show the date associated with our Due Date custom field but I want to also show the day of the week that goes with this date when the sales order is printed. ZCRM - Sales Order - mouse scroll function failure
Since the recent update to the Inventory Modules, our customer service group is experiencing problems with the scroll function when editing a Sales Order and using a mouse with scroll wheel. What is the maximum number of existing pick list values you can create in a customized field, in the free version? Is the maximum limit greater for the paid versions? If they are, what is that number for the paid versions? Thank you.
invoicing after recent update - what happened to the feature to enter pricing manually?????
After the last update I can no longer enter the pricing of a product individually without having to create each time a new product. What happened to the feature that allowed to manually enter pricing? My business does not have standard products and every product needs different pricing, which i used to enter manually. I no longer can do that, which makes ZOHO's invoicing unusable for me. Is there a way to continue to enter pricing manually?
Sales Reps cannot see Sales Order details.
I reported this 12 days ago and have not received a response yet. I have also emailed customer support and have not received a response other than to ask for a screen shot, which I did send. Please address this ASAP. Our sales reps suddenly cannot view sales order details. All they see are the headings (#, part#, product description, etc.) but no part numbers or prices. Then they can see the grand total section at the bottom of the sales order. Users have to be marked as management in order
Note Additions/Edits Not Saving
I've tried several times to save notes and edit notes today but cannot. We've recently downgraded to the free option. Is this due to us downgrading or is this just a bug that's occurring right now?

Upgrading from Old Professional to New Edition Professional

crm mail problem
Hello Recenty I got issues with mailing to contacts. Sometimes if I want to send a appointment confirmation it works. But most of the times the mail won't open, or when it does it opens a blank field. I hope you can help me.
New records not available for other users (or even for me).
We still do not make intensive work on CRM, but we are experiencing this issue sometimes and it is very disturbing. After adding a new lead or contact to ZOHO, we cannot find it on a simple search. Other users from the company or even myself are not able to find the record. Some other times, one user can search for the record but the other user cannot, for the same simple search. As this is not an easy thing to reproduce, can you please give me some guidelines on how to avoid or track this problem

Associate a campaign to a new lead
How come the campaign field does not show up when I create a new lead? I understand that I can go to the CAMPAIGNS section and upload or add leads. But how do I add new leads from the leads menu without having to go to the campaigns > edit section. Its a waste of time to do that. Diego

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me with a task automation process. I would like to create a rule that is triggered everytime that one of our account's turnover goes down. So our sales rep can be aware of this by creating a follow up task for them. I would like to know if anyone could give me some piece of advise on how to create this rule. We are using Magento with Zoho CRM through Zapier. We have group pricing for different customer groups is there anyway of that showing in Zoho when doing quotes? or do we have to alter that for each quote we do?
Notes ID Number Question When Importing
i have mass imported some fields and need to update the notes. I have asked this question before but got no real clear answer by Zoho staff. I need to know what Note ID numbers are free for me to use, i do not want to risk overwriting existing notes.
Resend Invite Feature Just Hangs on Please Wait

Individual Zoho emails for each new lead
At the moment alot of our communication with clients is run thru gmail. Emails are then copied and pasted into the relevant lead/contact. in Zoho. Is there a way this can happen automatically. It would be great if each lead/contact had its own unique zoho email address which could be included in all correspondence and a copy of the communication would be saved in the relevant client details.
