Report for Warranty work
I am a home builder and I would like to set up cases or other module to handle warranty work after home closing. My customer (contacts) give us a list of warranty items to correct 60 days and 10 months after closing. We then give the warranty item to a vendor to do the work. I would like to enter each warranty item and be able to print a report with the warranty item description and the customers contact information and the vendors contact information. Any help would be appreciated.
Is this set up to do B to C, looks like it's only for B to B...Help!
Hello All, My company does B to C and it looks like this CRM is set up to do B to B. For example, I would like to migrate my leads from leads to clients however this system seems to require an "account". Because I don't do business with companies, I feel this step isn't necessary. How would I go about migrating clients from lead status to a client management system??
Customizing view (under the Quick Actions) in Accounting view
Hello there, I am curious to know if there is a way to customize what is actually populated here? I am very very upset about the last update about quotes, I can no longer work. The best feature of the CRM is the global search, and now are in trouble; months of work and project. Can members of the same group/company be at different levels of Zoho subscription?
We are under a trial period with Zoho and for some of the sales team, a basic level is fine. But for our marketing team, I would like them to be at a higher level of subscription. Is it possible for members of the same team/company to be at different subscription levels per month to have additional features? Hi everyone, I would like to create a workflow rule for the sales rep that is triggered everytime that one of the accounts' turnover goes down. So a new task is created for the sales rep and then they can keep track on those accounts that are performing badly. Please if anyone can give me some piece of advise I will be pleased. How can I upload contacts in 2 geographic categories?
Hi! I'd like to be able to upload one list of contacts from my home state, and then a separate list of contacts from outside my home state. Is there a way to do this? Otherwise, I upload one list and need to separate it myself. This isn't entirely accurate and so I can get the same names on the two lists. I'm open to suggestions here. Thanks, Tove

New contacts under leads
I´m confused. in LEADS the company field is not active. Therefor I cannot assign new contacts to this lead. Why is that. It is not handy because a lead focusses on a company and not on a person and sometimes its a quest to find the person responsible. But you still want to see the history of calling to this company and all the relevant information of how you got there and to see additional notes you made at other contacts. Is this because we use the free version>
Is it possible to have different users subscriptins linked to same account?
Hi, I have the need for two kinds of users in my account: 1- the ones who have all the features offered 2- a user who will work only manually feeding leads/potentials from phone calls (basic). Do I need to buy them all Enterprise accounts or only for category 1 and the rest will use more modest subscriptions?

My colleague can't sync the whole contact directory to her Outlook database
Hi all ! I'm trying to male the outlook plugin work for my colleague. So we install the outlook plugin (Outlook 2013), everything is fin and we can sign in with her credentials. We we try to sync the contact database , it doesn't work. I'm the one who created the contact but everyone should be able de to see it and sync the whole contact database to local outlook contact database. Another thing is we tried to send an email from outlook to a sync contact but when we send it, no email item appears
Quotes do not display
We can create a new quote with no problem but we cannot display it or edit it once it has been saved. Any ideas?
Zoho CRM Mail and Zoho Calendar
I'm frustrated because I have made a huge switch. I moved my CRM to Zoho and my email to Zoho mail and gave up Outlook. I now use the Zoho CRM Calendar and have been pleased until I realized there is a difference between Zoho Calendar and CRM Calendar. Even though I'm using Zoho Mail from within the CRM it wants to put meeting invites iinto the Zoho Calendar instead of the CRM. While there is a option to add CRM activities to the Zoho Calendar the opposite does not exist. I find this really cumbersome.
Zoho sorting leads is worthless
I can't sort leads accurately by Zip, Lead Source or several other criteria. A spiral notebook is more useful than this software.
New quote engine sucks
I think the title pretty much says it all. Does anyone know if its possible to revert back to the last release for building/editing/cloning quotes? Frankly that was the best part of the solution.
Links generation too clever in encoding special characters
We have a case where we use URL added to an URL field as the base to build a Link (top left Links) https://some.dom/view?xyz=query This becomes this URL in Zoho CRM after evalCustomLink https://some.dom/view%3Fxyz%3Dquery And isn't working of course, as the browser encodes it again on post. Any help is appreciated.

bcc function attached to CRM accounts?
Is there a way to use a unique address in bcc to forward emails to the CRM accounts of leads or contacts like Salesforce? I'd like my sales people to be able to send emails from their existing email client, bcc to the Zoho email address and have those emails tracked in the accounts of leads or contacts. Please let me know if that's possible.

Unable to add record even if I have cleared all the leads
Hi, I was using professional plan previously and have downgraded my account to free plan. I have purged all the leads, account and other data attempt to reset it to start from fresh. But I was unable to add new leads as the system keep showing that I have reach the limit and require to upgrade to professional plan. Appreciate for any help.

New Quotes module
So working with the "new" Quotes module this morning, found it to be somewhat better, still needs some work though. Problem I run into this morning is that there is no "shipping" field, looked high and low, no joy. There is however an "add line item"....problem with that is that it treats shipping like an inventory item and unless you are "stocking" shipping then you end up with a negative balance for that product. How to disable a field?
Hello, I just want to ask on how to disable a picklist field if a specific value has been selected. btw im using enterprise edition. Say for example I have a "Documents Submitted" picklist with a value of "Yes, Lacking Documents" if I pick "yes" then the picklist field will be disabled and if I pick "Lacking Documents" still it will be enabled. To sum it up, if i pick "yes" the field will be disabled. i've read throught it out and found that i will be using custom function. I just want to ask if
