Removing Mail Account from Standard Edition after Trial of Professional
Hi, I was trying out the professional edition of Zoho and demoing the email integration on Exchange server. We ultimately decided to go with Standard edition for my company, but I didn't delete my email account from the Zoho server before buying the subscription. Zoho is still pulling my emails into it's server which has the hugely undesirable effect of marking my emails as "Read" within Outlook. Can someone tell me how I can remove my email account from Zoho? Standard account doesn't give any email
ZOHO CRM
I am not sure what has changed recently but we can't use our CRM any more - this is a SHOW STOPPER for us! The PDF export errors! We can't add tax (GST) to a quote or and invoice! We can't edit products (qty or price) once they have been added to a Quote. We seem need IE now where previously we could use Chrome and or Safari. WOW - this is bad!!!!! We need this fixed ASAP!!!
After New Update, Cannot Edit Quote Numbers
We need to be able to edit quote numbers to continue our previous numbering system and the new update has changed the form and prevented us from doing this. Please bring back this feature, as we are at a standstill until we can edit our quote numbers again.
Updates to lookups in sales orders and quotes are not working
We use several fields to look up an item and the new look up limits us to product description and product code. Both of these are used multiple times to different customers. To differentiate the same code but different customers, we use other fields to look up a product for the sales order and quote. These other fields are no longer accessible. We've written to zoho every day since the discovery on Thursday 11/13 and have heard only that the enhancements make the world better. Not for me. Does

Negative Numbers do not calculat correctling when printing or exporting to PDF
When I enter a negative number in a item price or in the adjustment field, it displays correclty on Zoho but if I print or export to PDF, the invoice does not calculate the negative numbers correctly and instead treats them like positive numbers.
How to get the old price books interface back in when generating a quote?
Our sales team is trying to generate quotes now and are finding the interface which requires searching for products unproductive. We have multiple price books and our sales people may or may not know each of our discreet elements.

Limit on contacts and on import?
Hi I am being blocked on my contacts tab stating that i reached my max limit. I have about 7 contacts ONLY. Can you please check why i get this? Secondly i can now also only import 43 or so records. Is there a hidden limit on how much i can import in total? Can that be reset? Thanks Philipp

Update a contact's details through import
Dear I have a question, as I do not think we are using Zoho CRM in a standard way. We have a contact in the CRM (with information like a conference 1 that he attended). Imagine we import the list of participants of Conference 2 and that this contact (who attended Conference 1) is also attending. Multiple Picklist field does not work in contacts
In my laptop (Mac) I created in contacts a multiselect picklist field with some text values but when I want select one or two or a few selections I can not do it. However in my iPhone I can do it, Why? after that when I check the same contact in my computer I can see correctly the selection.

Migrating Data
Hi i have exported some data adjusted and need to reimport these but the default fields i selected that must be filled in when a new account, is also active on this part of the crm. Can i please ask the Zoho team why this is so as it should not be, they are totally separate areas of the crm all i am doing is reimporting. I think this should be removed, i don't like to keep changing the fields to do a task that that is not related to it, i view it as taking extra unnecessary steps and is time wasted.
Appointments in Zoho CRM with email
When I receive a meeting request in an email message within the CRM application, it is added to Zoho calendar instead of my CRM calendar. This does me no good. Email should be more tightly integrated with the CRM application. We pay for both so that they can be used together.

OK - with Leads in our company we know who the customer is (Accounts / Contacts in Zoho) - and we would I guess jump straight to "Potentials" - which should work with some modification. Does this seem logical? 2. So the next thing is that I will have to modify the Stages in the Potentials module a bit. Which should be fine. Will this affect anything I can't think of? 3. Formula field - calculate invoice value
Hi all I want to use three fields, Arrival Date, Departure Date and Weekly Rate to calculate a field for Total Invoice. If the difference between Departure and Arrival date (length of stay) divided into number of weeks leaves a remainder of more than 3 days, I want to round it up to the nearest week. For example 3 weeks and 5 days I want to round up to 4 weeks, but if it is 3 weeks 2 days then to calculate the exact amount for 23 days. EDITING OF QUOTES
May I know why I can no longer edit products in a quote.. I can only delete but not editable.. Previously it can be done but now it is totally different. Kindly add option also to insert a product in a quote. Your response is very slow. We will be stuck if we have problems like this. Best Regards,
Currency Fields doesn't allow negative values
There is a new validation that currency field must be positives. This validation wasn't implemented before and we are using currency fields that we need to input negative values, what can we do to solve this issue? Thanks!!
Receiving mail from multiple email accounts in zoho crm
I use zoho mail and zoho crm. I have multiple email accounts. The bcc dropbox feature is a great way to automatically capture outgoing email from different email accounts and still show them all under the contacts, lead etc in Zoho CRM. Is there some way to automatically capture received emails from the multiple accounts and show them in the respective area in CRM? The system is set-up to automatically pull in from one email account. I am just missing emails from the other accounts. Please help.
CRM too slow to use

The Products module in CRM is sadly not what I can use (it does not do uniqueness check on the Product Code) so it looks like I will have to create it in Creator - but of course I can't call it Products in Creator as that name is already used in CRM... not receiving emails after export
Hi, Lately, I have not been receiving emails after my exports. They always use to come right after I exported but they suddently stopped. I don't recall changing any settings. Any suggestions on what happened?
Custom fields - there are no options to say "must be unique"?
Good evening If I am getting the user to enter in a Product Code - is there a way to check it is unique? Can't see any option and there is no WorkFlow action that I can see of that would check for this. I can use auto number but our Product Codes come from our Vendor Thanks for any comments. Brynley
cant choose saved template for sending out emails

Reorder Rules Strange Results
I read the instruction here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/workflow-rules.html I would logically assume that the first (top) rule would execute first and move down the list. It seems like my rules are being sequenced in the reverse order, or perhaps random. I have not done extensive testing, but can someone tell me if I am reading the intended operation correctly?

Product Search in quotes no longer shows description, price or other key information
With the new change when creating a quote, when you Add new item, it only shows the part but no longer the description, pricing, etc. These are critical features that were removed. Please add them back. As you can see below, this no longer gives you a snapshot of the various parts details, this was very important as a part number has a variation and the description and pricing allows us to select the right one. The only way to do this now, is to have a second zoho window open with the products
