Set print layout for A4 paper
Hi, I don't know why, but for some reason anything I print down from Zoho seems to print horizontally instead of vertically onto A4 paper. I can't find where to change this, is it in settings somewhere? The print screen is not allowing me to specify horizontal or vertical. it's most annoying! Sue

How exactly work price books in the Quote ?
Hi, When i create a quote, in the product detail zone we can choose a price books, in this list price we especified the discount rules. If i choose a price book, the discount will be appear in the discount field, but this is not happening . is this a possible mistake or this functionality is not supported now?
Locking a Record So Changes Can't Be Made
Is there a way using criteria to prevent users or groups of users from changing a record? For example, if an invoice status is PAID, don't allow anyone to edit it any more.
Limit on Custom Modules?!
Probably the most important reason I upgraded to Enterprise was the availability of Custom Modules. Now I find out that there is a limit of five?!?!?!? There is NOTHING in the Plan Details that indicates this limit. Many of the other features show limits. I am disgusted that I reached my limit AFTER spending days creating five modules. I would have prioritized other modules. Now I wasted a ton of time. Anyway, I find the limit very low and totally unfair given that it is not documented in the pricing

Zoho Books Invoice not being created from CRM
This morning I created a Potential, and then a few minutes later, moved it to "Closed Won"...but unlike as it has happened in the past, Zoho Books does not create an invoice....I keep hitting the refresh icon, and no invoice is created. This has worked in the past...is something broken? Thanks!

Can I reactive a CRM subscription that has been deactivated?
One of my users' accounts was deactivated but should not have been. Now it will not let me reinvite that user under the same email address. Can I reactivate that account with the same email address?
Can I customize the format of a report in Zoho CRM?
I've created a number of reports without problems. But Zoho allocates way too much space on a row for some of the fields. For example, expected FTEs is never more than 3 digits, but if I export the report to a PDF Zoho leaves enough room for the entire population of the world. Est. Program Value has enough room to the left of the actual value for about 50 digits. Date fields are wide enough to fit three dates in each column. This is a ridiculous waste of space. Hello--I have been unable to generate an Activities report that captures both Calls and Events/meetings within a specific date range. I have created a custom report ("MarlenesActivityReport") that I would like for one of my sales representatives to use to generate reports on calls and meetings(logged as "Events") that she has done within a specific date range, such as the past week. It looks like Calls can be displayed in this report by setting the Filter Options field to "Call Start Time" OR Events

Entering data in parent account automatically changes data in account field
When I enter the parent account, the content of the account field change automatically to the parent account. I agree, this sounds a bit cryptical :-) Example: I create an account with account name Comp-A I create another account with account name Comp-B Go to account Comp-A and change the field parent account to Comp-B. The moment the field parent account is filled with Comp-B, the contents of the account field change to Comp-B as well. Is this a known bug in Zoho CRM?
Regarding Sheet View with Copy + Paste
Hello there again, I was using zoho sheet view today to copy and paste a description into a new description box as the old one wasn't linked with the accounts module, I was then going to hide the original description or delete it entirely if that was possible, however, I ran into an issue when I tried to copy and paste the description into description 2. How to transfer all leads to another file for back up storage?
Hello, I have recently come in to a new company and they are using zoho. Unfortunately they have been using it all wrong and I have been tasked with upgrade our entire business to run completely on zoho. I've decided to organize all of the raw data into categories (leads, contacts, potentials, etc...) My question is: How do I take the raw customer data, store it in a separate file/module/program, sort through it, and then resend that organized data back to its respective module in zoho? Upgrading from Free to Standard for just 1 User possible?
When I try to upgrade from Free to standard to increase the number of Leads I can store, it only offers me the option of having 2 users at $24/month. I am a one-person company and want only one user on the Standard plan. Is there a way to buy just storage or a way for one user to be on the Standard plan at $12/month? Thanks!

Export All Contact with Account Names
Trying to export all contacts without success. If I export contacts, there is a limit of 3000 so not all of them get exported. But if I do it this way, at least I get an Account Name with the contact. If I request a data backup and open the Contacts CSV, there is no column for Account Name. How can I fix this?
Ability to allow users to update pick list values without having the full 'Customise Zoho CRM' permission

I am sending mass email out to my database. I have standard paid edition with 4 users. According to the Zoho site I should be able to send 1,200 emails daily per user. Why am I being stopped today at 250? How to link data from different contacts?
We are a social enterprise and have many different types of "clients." We serve local Mexican artisans (which we refer to as clients), plus, tourists, professors and university students. We register each tourist's visit with dates as well as which artisans they visit. In the future, I would like to be able to do correlate a tourist and the artisan so as to update the tourist when the artisan has interesting news.. Change what information is shown in searches
How do I change the columns displayed when executing a search. For example, searching for an invoice just shows invoice subject, invoice date, and due date now. When I go into an invoice and use the cog to select related list, many more columns are selected, yet they do not show up in search. Search result example:

can't put report in custom folder
Hey guys, following situation: I have created some reports and after that a new report folder to put those reports - and some default reports - into. I managed to put to reports into that new folder - however: when I try to add another report (report->edit) I can chose my custom report folder from the drop down list. IPad & launching writer
Hi, I'd like to use Zoho CRM on my iPad when I'm out and about. I use it through Safari to get the same functionality as on my PC but I use the mail merge option regularly from Potentials to generate my client documents and Zoho Writer doesn't launch for me on the iPad.
