Whats the difference between the two? Both seem to update when I make a change.
Production BUG:web to lead downtime!
Our web to lead isn't working! Google Adwords says 4-5 leads have come to our website which has the ZOHO CRM Web to lead form. If we test the form it seems to work but no leads are getting recording in ZOHO nor is the notification of leads coming to the designated end user! This problem is atleast 24 hour old now!

Hello, I cannot find the BBC Dropbox email, to forward mail into my Zoho Crm account. We have the free Zoho Crm for our three accounts. Is it available that function in the free version? If not, which version or which add-ons should I purchase to have this options? Thanks guys

Unexplainable search behavior
If I do a search for "HDR" I get 9 accounts that match. If I search for HDR Omaha, I get one account that matches, and that account does not appear in the "HDR" search. Why would a search that should produce a subset of another search show files that weren't in the original?
I created a Potential Report but the data is showing with 11 decimal places
Does anyone know why it would be displaying 11 decimal places? What can I change in our set up to allow it to display 2 decimal places? Thanks for your help!
Query on Forecasting in Zoho CRM
Hi, I am using the Enterprise version of Zoho CRM. I would like to know if there is a way to break up and assign the aggregate forecast for the organization to individual sales staff. Under the forecast tab the current system is only allowing us to create a monthly aggregate forecast for each of the quarter. I have number of campaigns and contacts attached to them. Suppose I have 4 campaigns: A, B, C, and D. And I have a contact X who is attached to A and D. I'd like to get a listing all contacts who are attached to A or B and at the same same time are not attached to C or D. I thought I could make it by this: ( (X attached to A) OR (X attached to B) ) AND (X is not attached to C) AND (X not attached to D). CRM - TAX INCLSUIVE
Hi all, I have just registered this software today and am needing to get it functioning asap. I have a question, I am hoping someone can kindly assist me with. How does one add a GST (Australian Good's and service tax) to my invoicing and how does one make it inclusive. I have managed to add the GST tax, however a $100 item (including GST) is coming out as $100 + $10 = $110 when it should be $100 Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Daniel

I'm experimenting with CRM, and have made some changes to the tab names. However, since this is a dual-language (English-Spanish) configuration, when I changed the tab in Spanish (Lead to Prospecto), the same word is used in the English version. When I changed it back to "Posibles clientes" (the default), that is what shows in English as well, NOT the English default. Ideally, I'd like to set tab names separately in both languages (Posibles clientes -> Prospectos AND Leads -> Prospects). As

Notify Group of Upcoming Due Date

Leads within a Project
My PROJECTS require financing which I seek from various sources (banks, private capital, etc), which I would like to be LEADS for the Project, until they provide funds, at which time I convert them into Accounts. Is there a way to create a link Projects and Leads? I can do Contacts but I find that the Leads tab provides more of the information that I need. What about VENDORS? Instead of LEADS, associate them to PROJECTS? Can that be done?
Seeing (gadget) tasks within Task page
Hi! Regarding the task gadget within email message in my CRM email inbox. I am able create task within the gadget, and the content will stay embedded within the email, but when I look within the CRM Task page I don't see the task, even when showing "All Tasks". What can I do to be able to see the task that has been setup/associated to a message within my task list? Thanks,
Unable to generate preview
Dear all, I have got this document that i have uploaded to the system and i want it to work with merge. However, whenever i select a couple of contacts, i click on the document and try to merge. When i choose Mailings, Finish and Merge and then preview document, it says Unable to generate preview. Can anyone help me with this? How can i get around this? Warm Regards
New users not receiving email from Zoho
Morning, We have just set up some new users but none have received the confirmation from Zoho. We have checked our Exchange server and it has not received any emails from Zoho relating to this (although we have received an email confirming our purchase). Can someone advise me what to do (I don't want to use alternative email addresses). We have re-issued invites and got a meesage saying the invites have been successfully sent. Thanks JML
Fancy ways to display workflows?
Hi, My company works in defined workflows which are easy to draw on a piece of paper. I'd like to implement them in Zoho and I believe I can. I was wondering though if I could then create a report, say for every sales person, which shows all of their active processes and what stage they're at. It would be great if this could be visual rather than textual. We love graphics. What's the best way to approach this? Feel free to point out if this question was not clear enough.
Better themes
Changing the color of the tab bar is not the most attractive theme. I want a more customizable Zoho. For example, custom fonts, more backround colors (not just grey, white, and pale... blah!), a wider logo ( 190:65 pixels is small...), and ability to change the color of layouts. That would make Zoho a much more appealing CRM for those who are unsatisfied with the current theme. Thoughts? Alex
pop-up fields and associating records
i need to associate products with accounts, but when i [add products] from an account, i only get the product name, product code, etc. i need to select a product by means of another field - e.g. serial number. how can i change the fields displayed in the [add products to account] pop-up? alternately, i tried to associate an account with a product, but on the product detail page i can only [create account]. i can find no way to associate the product with an existing account. are these things just

I know when you convert a lead to a contact you can attach a Quote to it. But can i attach a quote to a lead? Is there an option for this?
Import Overwrites all fields?
Hello, I was told that if I import records, lets say a table of contacts and accounts, that it will UPDATE The record if it finds the same unique identifier, typically email. Great, but what will happen if.. A blank field is imported , will it overwrite a populated field? In a MULTI select drop down, if options A-D exist, A was previously, selected, B was imported.. What will remain on import? And will Notes, tasks, things not imported, be left untouched on a current record? THx

Intermittent form performance
I've got several web to lead forms setup on our WordPress site. One moment they work great and the leads flow as designed. The next minute they stop working and the leads don't show up anywhere. Is ZoHo experiencing a server issue? This is incredibly aggravating. Thanks, Jeff
