Unable to Process your Request-Cases
We are in our 15 day trial of Zoho CRM Professional Edition. We entered a case before with no issues, however today when we enter a cast it says Unable to process your request, then click here to go back. Any idea what's going on here?

Trying to add secondary email but error that it exists already
Hello I am trying to add a secondary email of inspector1@eliterealestateinspectors.com to my account for tiffanylgreen@gmail.com. I am getting an error saying "email address already exists". When I initially create the CRM for Elite, I used the inspector1 address then I deleted it and added tiffanylgreen@gmail.com so I could authenticate to my google account. Is that address stored somewhere else. I don't see it associated any longer.

Hello, my boss just brought it to my attention that all my potentials that I added into Zoho have disappeared. i dont understand why, does it have something to do with the closing date? Do they automatically disappear at some point? Please help!
Automated follw up reminder
Hello, I am a small company new to Zoho CRM. First of all, none of my reminders or alerts seem to be working. Must be doing something very basic wrong but i have done several tests and so far have not received any email or pop up alerts. secondly i would like to set up amnautomatic rule that reminds me to follow up on a contact and/or lead 15 days after the most recent modification. im sure this cant be hard but can someone help? thanks
Web to Leads Form - Does not save in admin area.
I have noticed an issue when trying to create a new "Web to Leads Form" or edit an existing one. When I make any changes or create a new one and hit the "Save & Next" button it just goes to a white page and does nothing. It has been this way for about a month now. Automatically Delete Old Tasks?
Would be great if there were a way to delete the last task automatically when a new task is created. We waste a lot of time deleting old tasks. Thank you.
Create Tasks Using a Macro Due Same Day
We would really like the ability to use a macro that creates as task that is due the SAME DAY! For some reason the best the system can do it is +1 day from the current date. We need tasks to be created on the same day!
e-mails sent from potentials not showing up in Contacts
Trying to figure out why if I convert a lead, and then send the "Potential" an e-mail, that e-mail doesnt show up when I click on the individual contact's name when it was obviously sent to that person?
Alerts in Zoho CRM
I have been looking but cant find where I can set alerts or alarms to tell me when I need to complete an action. Do I need to upgrade for this feature? If so what do I ugrade to?
Search Function Not Working!!!!!!!!
The search function seems to be broken. Leads that I know have been entered into Zoho are not showing up when being search. This is a major problem as I have 10+ salespeople using this feature all day long to make sure they are not entering duplicate leads. Leads that are not coming up in search are in Zoho and come up on lists that are found from clicking on the Leads tab. Please help.
Exporting Contacts Limit
I was trying to export some contacts from Zoho. There are 6843 contacts in Zoho. However when I do the Export from Zoho CRM I get an Excel csv file with just 3000 contacts. Can you tell me whether there is a cap or limit on how many contacts can be exported and how can I fully export all 6843 contacts in order to do some data cleansing?

Tracking Repeat Customers/Businesses
Our business is primarily a B2C type business. We sell home improvement services to homeowners. Occasionally, we will do work for other home improvement companies who then will give us multiple jobs to complete. For our normal homeowners, we create a new lead for each customer with all their contact info and address etc which then converts to a potential and so on. Lose notes when lead is converted
When I convert a lead to a potential - the notes don't go over into the potential and I cannot access the lead anymore. So I lost all my notes on the leads that I converted to potential. Anybody else face this problem? Any ideas?
French EXCEL and exporting report
Hello, when i export report in french excel with number my excel don't recognize the separator (same for export to CSV). As many french i use a french Excel :) and in the number we don't work with separator. Do you export without separator and the export will run for all country, it's excel that will form. thanks

When a collegae forwards me a mail with customers informations which he wants me to add to a contact in Zoho it automatically places it at user credentials of my collegae. Why are Accounts and Contacts connected?
I'm just getting started on creating a database of clients for our company in Zoho CRM. I've imported a big list of contacts through our newspaper into the 'Contacts' tab. They also were all imported to the 'Accounts' section at the same time for some reason, and when I delete an 'Account' name it also deletes it in 'Contacts'. I do not want this. I want to have separate entries in these two sections that remain independent of each other. Must be some simple checkbox I'm missing?? Thanks in advance

In my business, its important to see how many calls someone has made throughout the day and week. I've created a report that shows me the number of calls someone has made within a time period but i would like to create a dashboard that constantly shows me the number of calls and track it for the week. Leads pages skipping around
Why is it that when I click into a lead and then use the arrow to get back on the list of leads it takes me to a random page and not where I left off? Ex. I will sort them alphabetically and click into "Chris Goble." When I use the arrow to get back into the list of leads I am taken to the 100 leads that begin with "J." I'd like to be able to pick up right where I left off.

I'm setting up the contacts at our company and trying to integrate a method of alerting the three other employees on which leads/contacts they should be replying to on a given day/week. run a macro on more than 100 contacts at a time
i have a macro that changes a field from t/f I want to run it on a list. as it looks now I can only run this on up to 100 records at a time not on the 2400+ I want; so the work around is to repeat the macro 24 times that seems silly. Can we have a mass update of a field with more than 100 records at a time? PS we still never know if an email sent bounces back from the mass email function. ...
Rebuild the way the date/time are populated
It's horribly time consuming to select a date and time for events. I think a better method would be some form of allowing people to type in times and have the system recognize that format.
company migration
Hi! We are moving to your crm. we are currently doing all the setups. we'd like to import all the data in for our old crm and to a life test run and adding one department after the other. this will mean that for a certain period of time we'll be runing 2 sistems. this will create a problem as we'll have new data added to the old sistem whilst we re speeding up zoho. any recomendations on how to handle the process? how can we move the new data from the old sistem merging it with the new one in zoho?
