Clock resetting to Afghanistan is rediculous
We can't set reminders when the clock keeps resetting back to Afghanistan. This takes a lot of the functionality of Zoho and throws it away. It is very difficult to do a presentation on the strengths of Zoho vs other CRM's when the clock in Zoho CRM keeps resetting to Afghanistan.
View for Contacts NOT recently Modified
I appreciate the "recently modified" view for contacts... We would really appreciate a view that allows us to look at contacts NOT recently modified. For example, it would be nice to be able to create a view to see contacts that have NOT been updated in the last 6 months, or maybe the last year to see who we have NOT talked to lately. Thx.
Vertical Field Change using "Tab"
I know it may seem trivial, but the option to change fields using the Tab key "vertically" instead of "horizontally" would be a great addition! Thanks.
Forecast
We wanted to streamline our process to prospect, account, quote, service order, invoice but in removing the opportunities tab (hiding it and not using it) we are no longer able to use forecast. Can we adjust our forecast tab to pull from Quotes instead of opportunity? it was a redundant step for us and needed to take it out. I appreciate the assistance. Thanks, Don

Copy and Paste HTML Templates in Email
I created a full HTML email to use in a small blast to my customers in Microsoft Expression. When I copied and pasted it to the Email Template section in setup for use, and tried to save it, it gave me the following error: => [object HTMLScriptElement] And did not save the template in Zoho? Is it allowed to copy the HTML whether raw HTML, or the visual version of the information to ZoHo? Are there plans to do this?
Contact Lookup from withing an Account showing ALL Contacts
Anyone know if this is supposed to happen? When I'm in an Account record and I want to lookup or reference an account, the lookup tables are listing all contacts for that account not just the relevant ones. This is problematic for me, because as my database grows I may only want to see related contacts to a parent account table or related quotes to a parent account table and not all quotes or all contacts. Anyone know a workaround? Seems this was designed this way "Out of the Box".

Workflow Alert
I was creating a workflow alert that would automatically send an email out to a customer after they signed up with our company for services. This email would entail next steps as well as contact info and any other information that would be needed for the customer after the deal closes. Unfortunately, I can't put the Account's Contact Name in there to email the customer, only people that are in the system. Is there a work around for this? I have read all information on bulk changing lead status and it says to select all leads and then click on the "Change Status" button however I cannot find this button! Any clues?

Default Field Value When Converting Lead
I have setup a custom, boolean field in my Contacts table that has "Enable by Default" active. This works as expected (default value = TRUE) when I select "New Contact" to create a new record, however, when I select "Convert" Lead, then the default value is FALSE. Is there any way to change this behavior or have I missed something?
"session timed out" for sorting by column
One of my Account views generates a "session timed out" alert message when I try to sort with some of my columns... but other columns seem to be able to sort okay. The alert message is generated immediately upon clicking on the column title, so I expect that it isn't actually a time-out.

Setting up a report to monitor each rep performance
Hi Guys, I am new to CRM. I am trying to get reports to manage the performance by sales rep. I could not set up a proper report that will give me an overall performance of each sales rep ie what the sales rep did on the leads, the number of quotes he did etc... How to properly set up Price Books for selling shoes?
I am trying to use price books to give volume discount. Scenario 1: Say I have, a sport shoe. This come in various sizes. The customer orders 500 pairs of shoes in various sizes. I am tracking various sizes in Zoho CRM. So I have shoe size6, shoe size7... This in Zoho is considered as different products My volume discount start on 100. On some of these shoe line, say size 5 he only orders 56. So no volume discount. However, the rule for me is to give volume discount on the 500 not on individual item

Sales Rep Setup B2B2C
We provide retirement planning to the employees of institutions... We have vendors who's products we represent. They have call centers as well as external sales reps and their internal assistants, so we utilize the Vendors tab alot. We'll add new contacts under the Vendor Tab but they don't seem to show up... They do show up as contacts but don't share the address information except for the main phone number of the Vendors entry. I assumed they'd be available in the contacts section of the Main Vendor

Is there a way to modify the system to include the quote # in the title when sending via email Currently it only picks up the quote subject and names the file in that way. I would like it to include the quote number in the file name also. Is this possible?

If we upgrade to the Professional or even to the Enterprise version can we then share each others contacts through the Outlook Plug-in into Outlook? Prevent to upload duplicate records
Hello, Our company works in B2C scenario where Mass lead import means each time importing of 300+ leads. Sometimes happens to have our existing clients (Contacts & Accounts) between those newly uploaded leads. Is there a way to check between Leads and Contacts modules for duplicated registers? If not, what is the practice that you suggest to prevent to contact our existing clients with an offer for leads (embarassing, isn't it?). Regards, Marko

Viewing contacts/accounts/leads without editing
After a name search from the homepage (upper left corner), we get a list of search results and for some reason the lead or contact name field is never hotlinked to view it without editing it. The only way to actually view the info is to click on the edit icon to the left. How is this corrected? Most of the time we simply wish to view the record, not to edit it. Thanks. Stan
How to make a custom Quotation
The default PO number is too long for most companies systems to be able to input (what are you guys thinking..? that thing is huge) So, I set out to create my own number, and almost made it work! almost.. First I created a new custom field with auto-number field type, and I set the starting number to a reasonable 5 character value. Next I logged out & logged back in, because the field wasn't showing. Scheduling Leads to call for the next day
I worked on 17 leads this afternoon. I converted one into a potential because he wanted a quote and I believe I can close next week. 6 leads are dead. The other 10 wanted to see some information about services. I want to schedule them for a followup date, so when that date comes I can be reminded to call them back. I created a new task in each lead that shows in progress, the 6 dead i showed task completed. How can I do this?
Cannot remove attachments associated with email templates
Try this on... Create a template email. Then attach a file. Save the template. Then lets say - OH Snap wrong attachment. Try to remove it. I can add more, but cannot remove attachment.
Duplicate Report
Please please allow a feature that could generate a mass duplicate report by name...and the ability to merge the record from that report...but at the very least a first name and last name duplicate report would be HUGE!!!

Error when editing Potentials
When I edit Potentials and click Save, a white page with some text and inactive buttons shows up and "Loading..." at the bottom (pic attached). When I go back, I get duplicate entries. So every edit creates a new entry. Using FF3.
Why login to "localhost:8080" or "crm.zoho.co
I created an account on CRM and was prompt to download some software to connect to the server, thru this address: "localhost:8080...." I also created another account for CRM thru "crm.zoho.com" which I dont need to download the server software. What is the difference between both of these? I am confused. Please help...

I Like Zoho CRM due to the functions and the price, both are great, but without a good email integration (inbound/outbound), I will wait and I am not going to use it as my full company CRM.
