Custom Company Logo
Hi, I noticed that the image quality of the custom company logo shown on the pages is blurrish, even though the original is not. Is this a problem which is possible to fix? Thanks!
Account field settings and lost child display
1) If I change the vertical order of the account details (contacts, Child accounts, notes, open activities..etc) and save, only the contacts details show up. When I remove them all and then add them back in the order I want and save, then all re-appear and in the correct order under the account. Custom Fields Not Updating
I created identical custom fields for my Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities. Upon conversion of my lead, all of my lead data is properly copied to its corresponding custom Opportunity and Contact fields, just as it should be. Great! Now the Problem - If I change any custom field data in the Opportunity or Contact records, it DOES NOT UPDATE to the corresponding forms. IS it supposed to, or am I pushing this CRM beyond its design limits. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! DSG
Values not saving properly on Invoice screen
When we fill out an invoice, everything is fine. However, if we change a value such as the Subject, all spaces are replaced with the + character. This just started happening a few days ago and needs to be fixed ASAP. It's really time consuming to go back and fix every one.
Problem with Greek characters
When I insert for example a new vendor with greek characters and save I cannot see greek characters. When i enter the new ventor resave eash item seperately it save ok and i can see greek in the vendor's name. Please help.
Conversion from ACT! to Zoho
I'm attempting to convert a client from ACT! to Zoho. I'm thinking that the ACT notes should become Events. Is this the best place for notes associated with Contacts? During the import, there isn't a location for the Contact ID. Is it associated by Contact Name? Thanks, Kevin

Integration of Zoh CRM with Evernotes
Hi I find the free flowing, tag structured - modular definition of notes found in Evernotes very refreshing and useful. A note can belong to multiple categories, not strictly a contact, account etc. Instead of recreating a product with similar functionalities, why not integrate the two ? Errors in Accounts
Hi Guys, I am getting issues with the Accounts section, although it may also be happening in other sections as well which I haven't checked. 1) When I am listing All Accounts and dsiplay 50, when I try to see the next page as I have more than 50 accounts it refreshes and presents me with the same list and therefore I cannot see past the first 50 accounts. 2) Upon completing a Mass Update to several accounts to a custom field I had just created which defines the company that provided me the lead.
Tasks do not display in Calander

It seems that Zoho CRM doesn't like to use the same product more than once in a quote/sales order/invoice. This is rather annoying to us. Most of the products we sell (signs) are the same base. Problem adding New Contact and Account in one step
When creating a new Contact I can type in a company name and a new Account will created automatically. That's good. But when the account is being created the street, city, state, zip code and phone number that I entered for the Contact should be automatically filled in as the default billing address and shipping address for the new account.

Create a potential without creating an acccount?
Hello! I would like to know if we can create a potential without creating an account. In another words, account name should not be a mandatory field when creating a new potential record. Can we turn it off? The reason is that I am running a training centre that is B2C and not B2B. Therefore, I would like potential to tight with contact and not account. Is it possibile? Small app to extend CRM to do address validation, etc
Hi, I started poking around with creator as a possible way to do an address validation on leads, contacts, etc in Zoho CRM but it does not look like it can take data from the fields in the CRM app check something and then put the corrected data back into the fields. I also what to do a phone number lookup given a name and address. Is this possible with the state of creator today. Am I trying to do something creator was never intended for? Thanks

User Friendly "Task" in Outlook with CRM
Is there a way in Zoho CRM that when you create an automated task based on an even in CRM that you can put the name of the contact or account in the task name itself??? For example... I convert my name "Steve" from a lead to an Account. I have a rule setup to create a task that says "Call Prospect". Hi, As I start to run a test on ZoHo CRM I immediately noticed several missing functions from contacts that would be useful. Address validation with the US Postal service, Zip +4 lookup (delivery point bar code for address printing would also be nice) and google maps for location information and route planning. The only reason I still use MS WORD is it ability to print address with the delivery point bar code (Open Office has this but it never seems to work). Sending items with this bar code shaves
View - Potential Closing This Month
When viewing the standard view, "Potentials Closing This Month", it does not include potentials with a closing date of 04/30/2008. I cannot determine the reason for this. Is it possbile my data is corrupted somehow? Can you take a look? Thanks.

Ok - I come from using ACT and basically use Outlook as a "pass-through" to my Blackberry. In ACT they created a way to "Link" an event or task to a contact/account by typing "LINK" in the Notes section when creating the event/task. It would be nice if we could create an event/task on our handheld or in outlook and then when that task gets synced into Zoho CRM, it is already associated with the contact so we don't have to do it manually. Leads import missing address fields
Hi, As I go through system setup and start playing with this I noticed that the Lead import fields are only Lead Id, Company, First Name, Last Name, email, phone. There is no address fields or additional phone fields. I am playing with setup and perhaps its in there somewhere. I see where I can add custom leads fields but I do not see anything for lead import.
