Hi, I am currently evaluationg ZOHO CRM, which seems very nice and complete. I have 2 questions and a few remarks/requests: 1) "web to lead" is grayed. Is that because it is not yet implemented or does that require a special plan ? 2) there seems to be an "Opt out" field for the contacts and I thought you would provide a web interface similar to the "web to lead" for people to remove themselves from a mailing, but the help says nothing about it, and I could not find that. Offline usage
I need to be able to take Zoho CRM with me on my UMPC while on the road. Often, I'm without an Internet connection while traveling. Since I'm the only user (currently), I've installed the on premise edition locally on my desktop box, and I've also installed it on my UMPC. Both installations work great. My desktop box is my "primary" PC. When I go on the road, I'd like to copy the data files from my desktop to my UMPC, work with the Zoho CRM on the road, then copy the files back to my desktop when

Address format
I would like to add custom field like 'building name' to the default address format, and would like to bring along the data in 'building name' from Leads to Contact, Accounts, Potentials, Quotations, Sales Order, Invoices(with the print out format too). Is it possible? I try using the create custom field and map with Account, potentials, contacts but data is not pulling over.
Access Level
Can I do some settings on the tab according the user's access level? e.g: Marketing Role-Just enable Campaign and Leads Tab for them. Is it also possible when I disable some functions for Marketing Role, Then can't even see the links instead of visible to them but is not accessible for them. e.g: I disabled Mass Email contact during Customizing Marketing's role. Custom Invoices
Is there a way to edit how the invoices look? Can I add a logo? Also, when I add an invoice it says the page does not exist (I installed it on my computer) is there a way to fix that? The invoice still shows up.

unable to connect
I have been unable to connect to my Zoho CRM account for the last two days. The login page takes a very long time to load and, once it does, gives me a "this page is not available" error message when I try to login. We were big fans of your service, but are becoming wary of it as it seems the online version is only available about half the time. How to get password for added users ??
I'm using free edition to try the usage of zoho crm before i buy it, but i've got a problem here... I was succesfully add a user but how did I know the password for the user?? I've try to reset the password too, but there was no e-mail sent to the user's e-mail account (I've check the user's e-mail account myself). What should I do?? Help...

Incorrect time showing on the syetm
IVe set the time zone to the UK GMT , however the system indictes that changes have taken place at Oct 14, 2006 4:10:57 PM , when in reality it is Oct 15, 2006 00:10:57. which is what the clock on the home page shows. how do i get the time that shows for changes and modifications to mirror the actual time that it is here in the UK and the time that the clock on the home page shows?? User is not allowed to change password after haveing received new (temp) password after reset (forgotten password and admin sent new to users email address). Can you help?

Outlook Module access?
Hello, I just sigend up to give this a try. How do I try the Outlook module? Whn I go to Setup > Personal Settings > Outlook Edition page, per the Help file, it is grayed out and I cannot access it. Mail Merge for Print Documents
I understand ZOHO CRM cannot generate printable (PDF) mail merge documents, but is there a way to export filtered data (either from a View or Report), or by selecting records in a list, to create a csv that could then be used to merge a letter or letters in Word? Exporting all records of an entity would not work well if you just want to send a letter to a lead or contact, or, a handful of people.

Workflow Rules Based on Value Changed
Is there a way to set a workflow rule based on a value in a field changing? For example, I want to send an alert when a tracking number is entered for the first time but not every time that particular record is alterd.

Trying to Get Started
I discovered zohocrm just this morning and installed it on my Slackware-10.2 server/workstation. I have postgres-8.1.4 already installed for other business applications. The document root for apache is /var/www/htdocs/. My two questions are: 1) How can I configure the application to use the installed postgres rather than the older (and much less stable) 8.0.3? 2) Do I re-install the application in /var/www/htdocs/crm/ rather than in /opt so I can access it?
