Hi We need to add products with serial numbers to our client accounts but the products module does not support serialised items. I understand we can create an autonumber field but this will mean we have to re-create the same products over and over again, which is not a workable solution when you are talking about 1000's of products We need the ability to use the same product type and just add the serial number to create a unique record.
