Changing Reply To on a Workflow Email
I have created a new email template and workflow around it, but I can't find where to change the Reply To address on the email. In the Email Notification screen (Settings - Automation - Actions - Email Notifications), I thought the option was supposed to appear after filling in the basic data, but it doesn't. How do I change the reply to address for notifications? Thanks
Integration with KARTRA
When I trigger an action in Kartra, I want to create a contact in Zoho Crm. Usually we use Zapier for this. But when I create a zap - the account is only .COM and .AU Obviously my account is in India and the ERROR_invalid_client How do I integrate zap with zoho? capturing zoho CRM data from zoho forms
Hi, I am linking zoho crm and zoho forms and capturing crm data using zoho forms. However, when i am integrating i am facing this problem. Report that shows accounts with no activity
I need help creating a report that allows me to quickly see which accounts have had no activity. I've been researching and it looks like the only solution is to use last activity time. However, that records any time an action is taken on the account, incuding when the record is updated with a sales order (via API). What I really need to see is by sales person, all of his/her accounts that he/she has recorded no open or closed activities in the past 90 days. Is this possible?
Free text widget in a dashboard
Hello. We are starting to use dashboards to manage very complex campaigns that involve lists of leads and contacts, a large number of records, tags, different waves... It would be good for us if, besides having all the analytical information in a dashboard, we could have a free text or note widget where we could show some explanations and instructions about the related campaign. Zoho CRM Calendar
I want to automate the process that when a new lead is created an event is created in "CRM Calendar" of selected user. I can create an event on Zoho calendar but don't know how to access the CRM Calendar. I have synced the Zoho Calendar with CRM Calendar, i have automated the process of creating a new meeting when new lead is created but it does not show as an event on CRM Calendar. If i create the new meeting from meeting module it shows on CRM Calendar as an event.
Potential Layouts
Hi I know you only have an option for 3 extra layouts for a module but if I deactivate one why do I need to delete the layout to create a new one? This means I lose all the data that was previously entered in it. Will this be an option in the future?

Deleting Accounts / Sync to other products
Hi, We have one way sync from CRM to Desk and Inventory. When we delete accounts within CRM, the accounts aren't deleted within Desk and Inventory. Certainly many of them have any other records like tickets or sales orders against them, so we would expect them to be deleted via the sync. Is there anything we should be doing, as at the moment we have orphaned accounts within Desk and Inventory, which do not exist within CRM. Thanks Dave
System notifications
Hi - I would like to be able to send notifications to my users/agents of changes that I make to the CRM and Desk systems. Something like Zoho does when you are depreciating something or you made significant changes, so you tell us of those changes with a pop-up or a floating alert in the corner or a banner at the top. It would be very handy to alert them to changes and educate them.

Ability to Duplicate Existing Webform
I've been using webforms on a variety of landing pages to help convert ad clicks into leads registered in Zoho. The webform creator is very helpful, and the interface for the creator itself is easy to use. As a requirement of my privacy policy, I need to build a web page where users can manually unsubscribe by entering their contact information and managing their subscription preferences. All the tutorials I see only work if the user clicks the unsubscribe link from within an email that was sent by the Zoho system. This does not suite my needs. Hello! I ve two IMAP Accounts, where emails coming in. (two business divisions) I want to get both parsed by the CRM. Whow can I do this? The BCC Dropbox seems to be only for outgoing messages? "The received mails that are related to the particular lead, contact or deal will then get listed under the Emails section in that Lead's, Contact's or Deal's page respectively."
