What I want to accomplish: Every time the stage is (C or D) and a field named "Date of Payment" is being changed from empty to ANY VALUE, I want to first validate if a third field called Buyers Name is filled in. Hello, We have a vendor we are working with. But Emails from our CEO to this vendor are confidential. I restrict for now email sharing by excluding the domain (CRM > Setup > Channel > Emails > Email Sharing), which answers at best. However, another trust person should be able to access these email. This solution is too strong, butI can't find how only this second person could have access. Any idea ? Thanks

Assign Contacts owners on import failing
I have 9300 (NEW) contacts to import from a CSV. I download import template from contacts then modify and save. i import csv from contacts module and map fields Account ID is to Account Name (Account ID) and Contact Owner ID is mapped to Contact Owner (User ID). i run import and all 9300 contacts are assigned to me. But if i just select 10 and create a new csv file and run import the contacts get assigned correctly. I repeated this several times and I cannot get all 9300 contacts assigned correctly.
Old Roles
I am currently setting up custom home pages for roles; however, old roles that have been deleted are populating my picklist. I have defined new roles which for which I need to build unique homepages as of right now, I can't do this because the old roles are showing up instead of the new roles.

Hello, I changed companies and want to change the email address in my Zoho CRM account. I have already changed the email from my user account; however, when I go to change the email in the Email Channel, it tells me I am going to lose all historical data. Is there any way to change the integrated email without losing all historical emails?

Hey, I just want to understand something that's bugging me for roles hierarchy. According to this page (https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/role-management-introduction) different roles of the same hierarchy.... are the same role? "users of the same role cannot access each others data. For example, the VP Engineering cannot access the VP Marketing data and vice versa though they are of the same hierarchy." Unable to set up mail forwarding in ZOHO even after verifying domain
Hi all, I'm having trouble linking my domain to ZOHO and also to set up mail forwarding. When i set up the domain (TXT format) i get a pop up on Zoho saying "Domain Verified" however to turn on the toggle switch on to set up mail forwarding it says "Operation not permitted" - when I got to Zoho Mail control panel i get the following error "Sorry! Task Management with similar Gantt Chart view for CRM?
Hi guys, Our company currently have both CRM and Projects module, but only the project team have access to Projects module. From that module, it has a powerful Task Management module along with the Gantt Chart which allows for a very good graphical summary of everyone's task. I'm just wondering if there's a similar module available for CRM? I understand that CRM has Activities but in terms of ease of viewing, Task Management is still better. Thank you

I'm struggling with formula field. I need to write a formula and also i need some constant values for it but i cannot assign a number to these constant values. For example; My formula is a * b = c a = input from the customer b = constant which i decide before (note: customer will not see this value) c = result how can i assign a number for my formula. Customize Top menu bar
Hello, is there any way to organize the top menu bar in zoho better by creating submenus (i.e. as drop down or as menupoints in a second navigation on the left side)? I saw the options to group modules, but it seems unpractical beaucse when im in a register, i dont see the other registers right away unless i click them. Cannot view attachments in CRM using Chrome
When using Chrome to view CRM we are suddenly unable to view attachments. This happened after a Subscriptions integration was added, which may be related. The attachments can be downloaded but not viewed. Using either Edge or IE the attachments can be viewed and downloaded. We have tried multiple computers using windows 10 and 7 and get the same results Gray browser window when trying to view an attachment in CRM using Chrome

Possible to autofill leads fields from information in my company's db? Should not update leads fields just fill the fields when company is entered..

There is no HELP on the page and I can't find any documentation on your knowledgebase. From what I can tell, we can create Review Process whenever a condition is met for modules. Domain already uses Gmail as email service
Hello, My business is a franchise and I don't have direct access to the domain. The company uses Gmail and I have my address IMAP'ed to sales inbox now, but I am told if I send an email from salesinbox its likely to go to spam VS sending from gmail directly. By sending directly from Gmail i'm loosing all the sales signals and analytics for open rates. Is there a way to authenticate the domain for my 2 email addresses without the entire franchise having to get off gmail? Thanks
