Two Factor Authentication not working for Android app
I am trying to disable two factor authentication. When I toggle to "disable" the message tells me a notification was sent to my iPhone app. BUT I HAVE AN ANDROID PHONE! I have my Android App set up on my phone. But it is not getting the notifications (that are being sent out to a non-existent iPhone). How do I get it to recognize my Android so I can disable this feature? Thanks!

Bad Update to the CRM Interface - Text field now much too small
Today an update to the CRM interface was released, and it's made it much harder to use. We use the text field widget to enter notes about the account. Previously the field took approx 3/4 of the page so you could easily enter and read your notes. Today the width of that box is MUCH smaller, making it very hard to enter or read your notes. I sincerely hope you'll either revert this change or fix it asap. It was much more usable previously. Terrible update. The red below shows the previous workable
Missing Forecast Module
Hello -- I am having trouble finding the Forecast Module. A few details: - I am an administrator but role is not set to manager. - I have asked the CEO to check and he doesn't have a Forecast module either. - I have checked settings to make sure it is not disabled -- it is not. - We are using a paid version of Zoho What am I missing? Custom Reference Number for customer
Hi guys, I am new to Zoho and I am wondering about the following: Before using Zoho, I used Excel for my CRM management. Every customer got a Reference Number which looked like this: NZ-KKR-190621-1 NZ was a preset (always in the beginning), KRR is the owner of the contact, 190621 is the date I created the customer and 1 was an ongoing number. Is there a way to implement this as an automatic generated reference number when I enter a new customer? If there is a way, please explain it step by step

Hi, Im trying to automate the login for my web application but I cant find the way to do it. I can successfully retrieve a code for generating a token using the endpoint https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/auth but only if im already logged in, otherwise im redirected to a login page where I have to enter my credentials manually. I tried to use the endpoint https://accounts.zoho.com/login without success. Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks

Display modules when utilized
Is there not a way to display modules when data is inputed and exclude the module when data is not inputed? Here is an example, I have accounts for John Doe and Jane Doe. John Doe has data inputed into a module called criminal history. Jane does not have criminal history, so there is no data. I want John Doe's account to display this criminal history. Jane Doe's account will not display the module, as there is no data in the module for Jane Doe. How can this be accomplished?
Lead Conversion Mapping Aftermath
Hello, I am still playing with Zoho but when my leads were converted to clients, the client's file is now missing their date of birth after the conversion. I fixed the lead conversion mapping so this doesn't happen in the future but i have over 100 clients that do not have their date of birth showing. My question, is there a way to get the 100+ clients to have their date of birth showing again in their converted file? Maybe like some sort of mass update? Thanks in advance.
How to Import Notes for Leads and associate with Email ID

Why can't an administrator reset the password for a user?
The Forgot password link is useless when the user has never set any security questions. Zoho then insists on answering the question "What is your favourite" Since it is unknown what the favourite thing might be and also this setting is never done by the user, there is no way of giving a correct answer. Administrators should have the permission to REALLY do user management things and not only be able to do minor nobody-cares settings any user could do for him/her self.
Leads to Potential but with existing contact information in Zoho
Our sales flow is setup more based on POTENTIALS (opportunities) than true LEADS (i.e people) so this makes converting LEADS to DEALS tricky without creating duplicate contact information. But we still want to associate the potential with the leads module to track back to campaigns etc. Yep - adding that manually if we create a Potential directly can work, but on a larger scale we need this to start at LEAD cycle. Tracking Sent Emails from Zoho Mail Client (Win 10) within Zoho CRM (Lead/Contact record - email history) and vice-versa
I have all related 'send from' emails/aliases and domains verified and validated in both CRM and Zoho Mail. Problem: I send an email from the CRM to a Contact and it tracks it, displaying the email in the Contact email history details, but this does not show in my "sent" folder within the Zoho Mail client (Win10). Likewise, email sent from within the Zoho Mail client (Win10) does not show up in Lead or Contact records under the email history section. Thus Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail are not fully integrated.

Zoho CRM Unbelievably slow
I absolutely can NOT run a business like this. It takes 2-3 minutes just to LOAD a file. I pay guys to work, and I have NO control over this database. This honestly should not be out of beta testing stages. Very dissappointed that all of my records and contacts are in Zoho. I need to switch to something usable ASAP.
Zoho CRM Task email notification
I just spoke with Zoho CRM support and wanted to confirm the following. Apparently when I schedule a Task for a contact and I set a reminder via email for a later time Zoho CRM will not send an email notification to me. If I schedule an Event this works fine. The tech's answer was that on a New Task email reminder does not work because it's a task and not an event which requires a specific time of occurrence. Can anyone confirm this is how it works??? I just want to be sure I'm not missing any
Data Sharing Rules not working
Hi, I've setup a hierarchy of "Roles" but for few cases need to share lead records across different roles in the hierarchy. For some reason, adding data sharing rules with "From" and "To" as the respective roles has no effect. Still unable to see the "From" account's shared leads in the "To" account. Anyone facing similar issues? Any help appreciated.
Calendar synchronisation (Google Calendar)
Hey there, so we run an Event Company and work with a Google Calendar in which our team puts in all prebooked or booked Events. This calendar is called the "Bookings" calendar. My Google Account owns this calendar so i can two way sync CRM with this calendar. When we do quotes, we want to pull through fields for the cost price of the item, another field that dispays the customer price and a field for markup. Our sales people need to be able to edit the cost price, based on pricing received from suppliers, add a markup to determine the selling price, or manually enter the selling price. Assume you have 2 items with different taxes as follows: 1. Line Item #1 - Software $100, taxed in two parts (A) 14.5% + (B) 5% = $119.5 (this is default behaviour of ZCRM) 2. Line Item #2 - Hardware $100, taxed in two parts (A) 12.5% = $112.5 + (B) 5% = $118.125 (this is a tiered tax) The second option is not possible in ZCRM. The only way then becomes to split into two quote, hence two sales orders and two invoices where : #1 is achieved simply; AND #2 is achieved by entering tax (A) at line item

I like that there are many ways to automate actions in CRM but, as a relatively new user, it's a bit of a disjointed effort. You can automate some things through this but not through that. Read Only Reference Field
I am working in the Cases module and there is a system field called "Related To" that allows you to select a contact from the the Contacts Module.
