Hello, I started the trial for my company and we like the solution and plan to move forward. I now need to change permissions; I need someone else in my organization to be the Account Owner for Zoho and I will be the administrator. Account View -Standard User cannot access or view accounts
I have an issue where a Standard User cannot see all Accounts- only ones which have bee created by them or assigned to them. How do I get them to be able to see all accounts? This is a showstopper for us to continue usage across the company. Please let me know how to resolve as both Super Admin & Admin dont have this challenge,

Chronological date for open tasks
How does one get the open tasks window to continuously display the tasks in chronological order? When I login and when I return to the task window (home) the tasks revert to the order in which they were entered. I can get the chronological order by clicking the date, but need to do this every time I return to the open task home page. Is there a way to make chronological order the default? Thanks

Hi I am really new to this CRM so would welcome advice on setup please. I am a funeral minister and require all my clients/contacts and leads to be on the system. My business is simply in that I have funeral homes as my customers, within my customers I have their clients to attend to (the actual family of the deceased), and I also have new potential funeral homes I want to deal with (presumably these would be 'Leads"?) Where is the "all IMAP users" option in emails
Emails allowed previously to see simultaneously all IMAP users. But this function has disappeared and only after selecting a user you can see the email exchanged. Is this a change from Zoho, or a setup I can re activate. This functionality is very useful to have an overview of all communication done between our company and the contact....

I think Zoho should implement a feature that enables us to fill those dynamic PDF with in Zoho CRM of any other Zoho service for that mater. I just created about 30 custom fields with custom data types in my leads module. Is it possible to import those same custom fields and data types into the other modules instead of PAINFULLY recreating them in each one?
Cannot attach files within CRM
On the CRM Prospects tab, once I have opened the page for a specific prospect I usually have no problems uploading documents under the attachment section, but today I have not been able to upload anything. I click on "desktop", choose the file I want to upload, click "attach", but then nothing happens. My coworkers are having the same problem. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?
Can you print your leads on the free edition?

The Server could not be connected....each of these issues has been resolved indivually. Seems to be a Zoho issue?
This seems to be a common issue and we have not had emails since yesterday. We have had to resort to Outlook. When I say we, all of our staff here at DASH Engineering. Live chats with Zoho staff....have not been available since yesterday. Our subscription is up for renewal on 3 December. Very disappointing.

Unable to get onto free version -
Hi, I meant to sign up for the free version.. I seem to be on a trial of the enterprise version. Each time I try to select the free version instead, it takes me through a loop of pages to just sign in again.. and then it tell me that I'm on the trial subscription. Is there any way to deal with this? or is it possible to just delete my account and start again if that might be easiest?

Logging Sent Emails
I'm testing Zoho CRM and have come across an issue I can't find any information about. If I open a contact: under the contact information their email address is listed. If I click on the email address at this location it opens my Outlook to send an email. That part is great but it does not log this as a sent email. If I scroll further down the contact information to the "Emails" area, there is a link that shows "send mail" If I click on this it opens a window within ZOHO for sending the email.
