Weird problem with imap
I use Outlook 2013 on my laptop and IOS mail on my iPhone. All are set to IMAP. Everything works great except my sent items folder on Outlook doesn't update. All the mail I sent from Outlook is present in both my iPhone and my Zoho web mail. It just doesn't show up on Outlook. All other folders in on Outlook are also IMAP and they do update. Any ideas? I use the latest version of Thunderbird on Windows. Two isues pop up (only) with my Zoho Mail account. Can't send to AOL users - BAD IP REPUTATION
Recently, I've been having problems sending email to AOL users. Not recieving emails
Hi, I can send but have not been able to recieve any emails. I verified my account, and was getting emails yesterday, but suddenly today I am not getting any. tinydns configuration
My brother has setup my domain on his dedicated servers. He says he uses tinydns as name servers and asks me to give the IPs of the SMTP mail servers because tinydns only accepts IPs. You have told me to add mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com as mx addresses. Tinydns cannot take those addresses so can I give him the ip address of mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com 165.254.168.50 165.254.167.50 to put in tiny dns? Will this ever change if they do will you notify everyone so that we can change the mx record
Draft preview?
Is there a preview pane for drafts? It would be nice if drafts were set up like the Inbox -- to be able to cursor down the list of messages and see inside each email without opening it. Is there a setting to enable this? If not, I request this. Thanks, Todd
Which MX server?
On some areas of your website it states to point your domain to the following servers: mx.zoho.com mx2.zoho.com And on other areas it states that they should be: mx.zohomail.com mx2.zohomail.com Can you please confirm which servers I should be pointing my domain to? I've tried changing to both sets of addresses and neither seem to work (been trying since Monday).

Having recently migrated to Zoho, I was surprised to see a much greater amount of spam accumulating in my spam folder than at my former e-mail provider. Cannot read the new fonts!
The fonts in the new style are not readable. The T miss the horizontal line as well other letters like e and H. Please see this screenshot at http://prntscr.com/8vitpk I did not arrow all the letters. Can change the font? The older version is much more readable. By the way, why fix something that is not broken? I am wondering it often as many internet corporation does it. I can send emails, but emails sent to me fail
Hi, I tried to set up with Zoho mail yesterday and went through the setting up process. I added MX records correctly etc and have left it over night to see if it would just take time but it is still not working. I can send emails out from the Zoho account but I can't send them back to myself from my hotmail. Additionally, when I sent an email to myself from the Zoho to my hotmail, it directed straight to Spam even though it was a text only email. Is there a way to reduce this?

Auto-Complete Not Functioning when Typiing in Names of Recipients
Until this morning, I used to be able to begin typing a recipient's name when sending an email, and an auto-complete feature would complete the person's name and email address. This is very convenient, and seemed to be a default. Suddenly this has changed. This is inconvenient, as it forces me to have to remember (or look up) all recipient's addresses. How do I get this feature back?

Unable to sign in into outlook android activsync.
Dear Team, I'm using micromax a110q and using activsync for zoho mail. Recently I've noticed that I'm facing lots of issues with attachments syncing with my default email app on android therefore planning to move to Outlook for android in order to be able to have a smooth usability. I'm unable to login to Outlook using my login credentials or into any other email app for that matter. I've two factor authentication enabled as well as using application specific password to login.
