Registered company email ID with domain purchased for private use. Help needed for clarification.
I was planning to register for two separate accounts. One for private use and the other for company use, each account with a different domain and email ID respectively. I think I have registered for an account using my company email ID with the domain purchased for private use and in addition, also added my company email as Pop3 account on this account. Can't newly register for an account either with my company email or private email. To be honest, I'm not sure what I've done and need help for clarification
Name Displayed On Received Email
I am new to Zoho Mail and really liking it over Gmail. One question.... I sent an email from Zoho to my Gmail and the name displayed is my zoho login name. Can this be changed to something more proper, with spaces and capital letters?

Zoho IMAP as a client
Hi, I know there are migration facilities to IMAP to another account (in my case Google), but this is a one-off situation, ie doesn't sync regularly. Are there any facilities in Zoho Mail which allows Zoho to maintain in sync via IMAP (ie effectively act as a client) to Google or do I carry out an initial migration and then sync via a POP3 connection using appropriate filters to allocate to the approriate IMAP folder in Zoho. cannot send read receipt
Hi, I test zoho applications, and I'm rather pleased with all the stuff. But there is a definitive problem for me. I cannot send "read receipt" for the received mails. When I open such mails, the dialog box rised ("the sender has requested ...") ... ok ... I click ok .. .and nothing appened. The read receipt is not sent. Problem downloading attachments
Every time I click on "Download" for an attachment I've received in Zoho Mail, I get the following error: Internet Explorer cannot download filename.doc from mail.zoho.com. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. This happens for any file type and any size file. Mailto links not working for me
Hi, I have followed the instructions to set Zoho as my default mail on Internet Explorer. Actually the keys were already in my registry, from when I had Gmail as my default, and all I did was to paste in the Zoho data to replace the Gmail data. On my Compose page it now works fine. Before it was showing the sender as my old Gmail address, and now it correctly shows the sender as <my.name>@zoho.com. But if I click on an email address on a web page, or a Contact Us link, I get the following

Having trouble forwarding mail, POP, IMAP
I have tried using the forwarding mail service to forward a copy of my zoho mail to my gmail account. After confirming, I still never received any forwarded mail. Next, I enabled POP for all messages and was able to get my welcome email from zoho only in my gmail inbox, but nothing else. I also followed your instructions and tried setting up the imap account in K-9 Mail totally leaving gmail out of the mix. I still only got the welcome email from zoho. I am not able to get any other emails forwarded
No option for enabling MobileSync
I have a hosted mail account with the 15GB plan, but when I try to do the following: Please enable it from Control Panel -> Mail Administration -> Mail Accounts -> Select a user account and enable the ‘Mobile Sync’ status (Third option under the username to the right of the user thumbnail picture). The "Mobile Sync" option does not show up. I've tried opening support tickets about this, but have not received a response.
Mail Performance
Hi, I am using Zoho mail and am finding that I am having to wait 30-40 seconds for an email to open, even if it is an empty test email. The message at the bottom of the screen is "Waiting for https://zmail.zoho.com/mail/popEmail.do....etc" Can you tell me if something is wrong with my configuration? I really hope so because I get >100 emails a day and at this rate it would take more than 6 hours just to open them! Any help is appreciated. I am in Canada and have the highest broadband speed
Alias for forwarded mail
I hope this question hasn't already been asked and answered; I looked but didn't find the exact situation I need an answer to. I'm forwarding all my Zoho mail to another web-based email provider (Yahoo) and want to be able to distinguish my emails that were (initially sent to Zoho and then forwarded) from those emails that were sent directly to Yahoo. Does domain verification affect my website?
This is probably obvious - but before I sign up for the mail account I need clarification. When is says to add a domain when you are starting - if I add my existing domain - it won't affect my website, right? It will just allow Zoho to host the email part? Thanks

Where is my Settings link?
Please help, I am really puzzled. I have just signed up for Zoho free personal mail. I can not find a Settings link anywhere on my Zoho mail page. My user name, my email address, Inbox and Search are right at the top of my Zoho Mail page (on Internet Explorer 8 and Windows XP) with just the IE command bar and status bar above. Should there not be a Zoho menu bar at the top of the mail page?
time format displayed in email client
Hi In the web email client, the time format is not as per usual standards. I'm seeing "07:40 PM" for example which doesn't make sense. Which is it? 7 in the morning or 7 at night? If you mean evening then display in 24 hour "19:40" or in 12 hour "7:40 PM" without the leading 0. If you mean morning then display in 24 hour "07:40" or in 12 hour "7:40 AM" without the leading 0. reply-to and from field with forwarder
Hi When i send an email using my zoho account (xxxx@zoho.com) with the reply-to set as (something@else.com) emails come thru with the Reply-To correctly set. But the From field will have "My Name (xxxx@zoho.com)" I have email forwarder setup you see from something@else.com -> xxxx@zoho.com this causes confusion to my recipients - they ask 'which email should i use?' So question: how can i alter the text on the From field? OR is the correct way to Enable email hosting? thx
Used to be able to select & view mail from one person.
I remember being able to select and view all mail (new) from one person by clicking on their name. I would select the name and the page changes from all new mail to only the one mailer i have selected. I can't do that anymore, was that an option that was just removed? Is there an option in settings that i would have to pick? I can't seem to find it. Would like some help on this. Thanks.

If I want to send a message to more than 5 or 6 people and I keep typing the beginning of the email address to populate to field, the field does not scroll or become more than one line. I can't see what I'm doing after that.
time stamp on email
Is there no time stamp on the emails in the inbox? It shows the date but no time that the sender sent it.
Where can I find my sent e-mail
I used the mass mail feature, and it told me the number of them that sent successfully. However, I don't know who didn't get it vs. who did for me to resend the remaining. I don't want to send the same one out again. I can't find the mail box on here anywhere to see my inbox or sent mail.

Hi, I have registered a domain with Godaddy.com and got an email free with it. Then i have verified the domain in zoho and created zohomail for the domain. In godaddy domain manager, I have added CNAME entry and changed MX records. Do i need to change pop server and SMTP server as well from godaddy to zoho? Bijoy

Access from this machine is not allowed
A while back I set some IP restrictions to my zoho mail account: Toddfairweather@zoho.com. Since them my service provider has done something to reset my IP address. I need to have the ip restrictions rolled back to default. I've sent a few support requests in the past week since this has become a problem. They seemed to fix the problem and when I checked my mail, it showed that there were no ip restrictions. However for some reason the restrictions keep rolling back to block me from my own account.
'Null' users in Zoho Business
I have found that there are two users with a username of 'null' in my Zoho business account. I have assigned email aliases of 'test@csrscorp.com' and 'test2@csrscorp.com', but cannot see these users in the main user list or delete them. can you please delete these two 'null' users? Mail not being sent
Several emails sent between yesterday at 1 PM EST and this morning have not been sent. It is similar to what happened when my account was blocked due to being over my daily limit, however my account does not appear to be blocked. Where did these emails go, and why weren't they sent???
