Disabling Features
Can you disable features that you do not want to offer to the users. For instance, I have users that I do not want to know who or if others users are available to chat or see on-line. These users are indivdual's and do not know each other.
error in fetchin mail
hi all, sometime, it happens that , when i try to fetch mail, i get this error: connect failed; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect restarting the server is not useful. i have to restart the pc. any idea? thank you marco cavallini
Email issue
G'day guys, Im playing with VO for use to manage a online free game server (non commercial no ads or anything like that) however I have a bizare issue with email. I had 1 email set up initially which I hosted on the server computer (using the ArGoSoft's free ware mail server), now I did have it set to the SMTP port of 587 rather than 25, pop remained at 110. Can there be printing features in the roadmap to be able to print your calender and/or contacts, tasks, notes, etc...?
Changing port 8080
Hi. I would like to know if I could change the port (8080) where Virtual Office listen, because I have a router VoIP which uses port 8080, so I can't use Virtual Office from internet outside of my lan. In alternative, I could use some apache rules (like mod_rewrite) on the server where Virtual Office runs, but I would like to know how to configure Apache. Thanks

Instability of VO - is it just me?
Hello again. After having my last little "problem" sorted out for me successfully, I'm going to try with another and see if I have success again! I know the following problem is not because of one particular machine, as I have had the trial version of VO installed on two machines now (NOT at the same time of course!!)... Month Calendar
Hi there, Is use VO for some days and I'm discovering every more and more. It works great. When I use the month calendar view. The view of the appointments are not in the correct order. For example I have 3 appointments The first appointment as last and the second shows as first and the last appointment shows in the middle of the other two. Size of document usage
Hello, As you log in as user you see in the desktop view the usage of megabytes of your e-mail box. In the documents view you see the amount of KB en MB per document. What I miss is the total amount of MB in the document view. Is there a way to show in the desktop view the number of documents and the total number of documents in a new service pack?
Incorrect e-mail address
I have tried repeatedly albeit unsuccessfully to get my e-mail address corrected. I was told the following: Your current mail host is bur-mail2.East.Sun.Com. mapping of network drive
hi there is there anyway an internal company server drive can be mapped as the users drive on VO??? my company dont like having bits of data all over the place and VO is getting the good thumbs up at the moment, but need to keep them happy. cheers

I'm running zoho VO on a pent4 - 1gig of ram Debian box. I have 4 users set up but I'm the only one logged in. As you can see, the box is getting hammered with java processes. I have zoho running as root. Any ideas? Display Name
Hi, How do you change the display name so that this is used instead of the userid? I don't want 'email new document alerts' or 'shared by' comments have the userid in (as it's generally unfriendly). How can you set this ? Thanks.
Importing VCFfile for Contacts from Windows 2003
I purchased a vCard converter to convert Outlook 2003 contacts to the VCF format required to import those contacts into the program. However, the import does not post the correct phone numbers and I want like to know if there were suppose to be a certain Encoding used for Outlook 2003?? I have emailed 4team.biz, who sells the converter to see if it could be their problem.... Anyone have any ideas to a fix....
E-Mail Attachment Error Processing Request
What is the size limit for receiving email attachments? I am able to see the attachments in our account webmail and I am able to open them in Outlook, but VO only displays an error. The file sizes are 4MB and up that we are having problems with. How do we change the size limit? We need this to be at least 10MB. Error! Dear name, There is an error processing your request. Email Server Settings
Under mail options, Server Settings. If you select the bullet for (Delete mails in Server whenever I receive mails here) this option is not working good. The mail comes into VO and leaves the copy on the server. Next problem, It also keeps bring that same piece of mail to VO everytime VO does a mail fetch. I am trying to upload multiple files and folders in Zoho Virtual Office using Web Folders.All greek characters in the filenames are converted into non recognizable characters. The latin script characters are ok.One can access the files with non recognizable characters but can not see which file one opens... Can Someone help me? Thanks in advance.
Can't login - localhost:8080, no error message!?
I installed this "program" and sadly can't get into the admin - can't login. Installed with 8080 and set username etc. When I try to sign in with my username/password there doesn't come an error message. Have tried to type in localhost:8080 after no error message when signing in - two/three times I saw my username up in the right corner, but the website was only loading lots of components to the site - over and over again. Not a site came up... Anybody know what this might be? Thanks in advance!

Access to Documents
Hi, Zoho VO is a great suite, better then all I have seen so far. You did a great job. As for the documents and web folders, there are two annoing issues. 1) Access to exist folder 2) File renaming. I would like to create a link to an existing folder, without the need to upload files and the rename issue (I saw that when I upload files, all files name are renamed with _1.0 - WHY ????) Minimize Notes
I have about 20 notes. When I click the 'all' link, there are too many of them. It would be nice to have a minimize button on each note that would shrink down to a icon or something. This way I could see a bunch of notes at a time. This is not a critical request, just a nice to have. Thanks.

Save Attach Document from the mail
Wen i want to save documents attached on the mail whith the "Save to Documents " link behind the icon of the doc, the popup windows open and there are nothing behind the text "Choose the folder from below, to save your File ". When i select OK, a new popup windows appear and ask me to select a folder. Just for info, My browser (ie) say there are an errors on this page. Delete from Server when moved to folder
I was hoping that messages on the mail server would be deleted when I archive messages on the Zoho Virtual Offices folders. This does not seems to be the case. It apepars to leave all mail on the server, even though I remove them from my inbox and archive in folders. Am I missing something or is this a feature not yet available.
Saving system setting changes
In the business edition, when you click on Settings, Admin, System Settings and you see the settings for changing mail quota, document quota. If you try to save the same settings or change the settings and try to save you get error on page. In IE you will notice an error on the bottom left of IE it reads: 'document.serverSettings.enableSpam.checked' is null or not an object code 0 line 27 char 1 Any ideas?? You can not make changes to this page at all. :?
Incoherent behaviour when opening image files
Hi There, I can not experiment coherently with image files in VO. I upload .gif, .png .jpg files but it�s quite weird the behaviour in different computers and installations (always with IE). When I double click over a graphic filename most of the times it doesn�t open it at all. I even can not open in a new window. and I get an ugly error if I try to save as... But this is not always the case. Sometimes the image opens up calling Picture Manager. But this only happen occasionally... The ONLY coherent
Vo Trial to Vo Free
What is the action to restore a Backup file from a trial version of Vo 3110 to a free version or professionnal version of Vo 3110. But if i restore BKP file from evaluation version to the free version, when i start Vo (free version), i have on the screen "This evaluation copy is valid for 29 days". What can i do ?
