If you wish to exhibit at an event, you can send a request to the event team from the attendee app.
Pick a booth category package that suits you, fill in the form, and the organizers will be notified instantly. Once the organizer gets back to you and finalizes the process by approving your request, your exhibitor profile will be listed on the event microsite.
Note: You will also be able to manage your exhibitor profile when you sign in to the microsite.
Access Lead Capture
Use Lead Capture to streamline your lead generation process. Access this from your attendee mobile app when you are at the event to collect and qualify leads quickly.
For Android
- Tap the menu icon [] in the top-left corner.
- Tap the My leads option. The Lead Capture tool will be displayed. The view includes the Overview, Members, and Leads tab.
- Overview tab: Get a bird's-eye view on your exhibitor profile, booth information, leads captured, and by whom.
- Members tab: View and manage the list of booth members.
- Leads tab: View and manage leads you collect from the event.
For iOS
- Tap the menu icon [] in the top-left corner.
- Tap the My leads option. The Lead Capture tool will be displayed. The view includes the Overview, Members, and Leads tab.
- Overview tab: Get a bird's-eye view on your exhibitor profile, booth information, leads captured, and by whom.
- Members tab: View and manage the list of booth members.
- Leads tab: View and manage leads you collect from the event.
Invite booth members
Add other booth members who will be present on event day. Assign a role to each person to manage their permissions.
For Android
- Tap the menu icon [] in the top-left corner.
- Tap the My leads option. The Lead Capture tool will be displayed.
- Tap the Members tab. The Member details page will display.
- Provide details for the member by entering details manually.
- Tap the Fill details tab.
- Enter member information, such as name and email.
- Select a role for the exhibitor. Choose the Admin role to provide permission to manage other members and leads. Choose the Member role to only provide permission to manage leads.
- Tap the Add member button once you're done.
- Alternatively, scan and fill in member details.
- Tap the Scan QR code tab. This will open your device's camera.
Note: Grant permission for camera access if you haven't already. - Point the camera to a QR code of the booth member. Member details will be auto-populated in the Fill details tab.
- Check the information and make any necessary modifications.
- Tap the Add member button once you're done.

- Tap on a member. The Profile page will display.
- Alternatively, tap the menu button on the top-right corner of the page and tap the View member option. The Profile page will display.
Delete a member
Remove members who are no longer part of your booth.
For Android
- Tap the Members tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap the menu button on the top-right corner of the page. The Actions menu will display.
- Tap the Delete member option.
- Tap the Delete member button.
For iOS
- Tap the Members tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap the menu button on the top-right corner of the page. The Actions menu will display.
- Tap the Delete member option.
- Tap the Delete member button.
Capture leads
Add and qualify leads using Lead Capture to avoid the need to share physical business cards while meeting leads at your booth. You can also add notes during your interaction, which other booth members will be able to refer to. These notes will also serve as valuable insights to help tailor future communications during later follow-up to nurture leads after the event concludes.
For Android
- Tap the menu icon [] in the top-left corner.
- Tap the My leads option. The Lead Capture tool will be displayed. This view includes the Overview, Members, and Leads tab.
- Tap the Overview tab. A summary of your exhibiting team and captured leads will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- Tap the Scan lead button to scan a lead's QR code. The Scan leads page will display. Your camera will be opened automatically.
Note: Grant permission for camera access if you haven't already. - Scan a lead using quick scan.
- Tap the Quick scan tab.
- Scan the QR code. The lead will be added to the Leads tab and automatically marked as Hot by default.
- Scan and qualify a lead.
- Tap the Scan and qualify tab.
- Scan the QR code. The lead details will be auto-populated.
- Check information and modify, if necessary.
- Tap the Save button. The lead will be added in the Leads tab.
- Alternatively, add a lead manually.

- Tap the Edit lead option.
- Modify details as necessary.
- Tap the Update button.
For iOS
- Tap the Leads tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap on a lead. The Lead details page will display.
- Tap the menu button on the top-right corner of the page. The Lead options menu will display.
- Tap the Edit lead option.
- Modify details as necessary.
- Tap the Update button.
Export lead list
Securely export a password-protected list of leads you generated by sending it to your email. The exported report is a password-protected file. You can find more details about this in the email you receive.
For Android
- Tap the Leads tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap the Export button. The Export lead list panel will display.
- Select an option in the Added by section.
- Select options you require in the Lead quality section.
- Tap the Send email button to send the list to the email displayed in the Leads will be emailed to section in the Export lead list panel.
For iOS
- Tap the Leads tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap the Export button. The Export lead list panel will display.
- Select an option in the Added by section.
- Select options you require in the Lead quality section.
- Tap the Send email button to send the list to the email displayed in the Leads will be emailed to section in the Export lead list panel.
Note: The lead list can also be exported from the Exhibitor Space from the event microsite.
Delete a lead
Remove leads that don't fit the potential customer profile you have in mind or those you've added incorrectly.
For Android
- Tap the Leads tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap on a lead. The Lead details page will display.
- Tap the menu button on the top-right corner of the page. The Lead options menu will display.
- Tap the Delete lead option.
- Tap the Delete button.
For iOS
- Tap the Leads tab in the Lead Capture tool.
- Tap on a lead. The Lead details page will display.
- Tap the menu button on the top-right corner of the page. The Lead options menu will display.
- Tap the Delete lead option.
- Tap the Delete button.
