Add exhibitor category

1. Click the Exhibitors tab from the dock. 
   
2. Click the Add Exhibitor Category button. The Add exhibitor category panel will display.
   
3. Choose an option to indicate if the category is paid or free in the Price section.
   
1. Click the Change currency link in this area to modify the currency for a paid booth. The Change currency panel will display.
   
2. Select a new option from the Currency code dropdown.
   
3. Click the Change button. The Add exhibitor category panel will display with the updated currency in the Price section.
   Note: Any modifications made to the currency will be applied to all booth categories in the event.
4. Enter the booth dimensions.
   
1. Click the Change unit link in this area to modify the unit of measurement. The Change unit panel will display.
   
2. Select a new option from the Measurement unit dropdown.
   
3. Click the Change button. The Add exhibitor category panel will display with the updated unit type in the Booth dimensions section.
   Note: Any modifications made to the measurement unit will be applied to all exhibitor categories in the event.
5. Enter the details for the category and select the benefits that you want to make available for that category. By default, the Exhibitor Passes option under the exhibitor benefits section will be enabled. This option provides the exhibitor with a pass that enables them to enter the event.
1. Enable the Videos and Collateral checkboxes to allow exhibitors to upload relevant videos and files in their profile page on the event website.
   
2. Enable the Leads checkbox to allow exhibitors to capture leads from the mobile app.
   Note: To add more benefits, click the Add new link in this panel.
6. Click the Add button. The exhibitor category will be created.
   

Note:

1. You can set aside a booth for a sponsor type by clicking the Reserve this booth for a sponsor category checkbox in the Add exhibitor category panel.This option will only be visible if you already have sponsors added in your event.
2.  You can edit related emails from the Exhibitor settings tab. Alternatively, you can do this from the Automated Emails tab from the Event Dock.
   
3. You can't add dimensions for booths in an online event. This option is only available for in-person and hybrid events.
   

Edit exhibitor category 

1. Click the menu icon of an exhibitor category.
   
2. Select the Edit option. The Edit panel will display.
   
3. Edit the necessary details.
   
4. Click the Update button.
   

Unlist exhibitor category

1. Click the menu icon of an exhibitor category.
2. Select the Unlist Exhibitor Category option.
   
3. The exhibitor category will be hidden from website visitors.
   

1. Click the menu icon of an exhibitor category.
2. Select the Mark as Sold Out option.
   
3. On the event website, a sold out label will be displayed. 
   

Note: Website visitors will no longer be able to apply for categories that are marked as sold out. 

Delete exhibitor category

1. Click the menu icon of an exhibitor category.
2. Select the Delete option. The Delete exhibitor category dialog box will display.
   
3. Click the Delete button.
   

Note:

1. When a category is deleted, the associated exhibitors do not get deleted. 
   
2. You can delete confirmed exhibitors from the Exhibitors tab.
