Manage exhibitor requests

Enable Exhibitor Requests

1. Select Exhibitors > Exhibitor Settings from the dock.
   
2. Enable the Exhibitor Requests toggle to receive requests from your event website.  
3. Disable the Exhibitor Requests toggle if you do not wish to receive requests.  

Approve a Request

1. Select Exhibitors > Exhibitor Requests from the dock. 
   
2. Requests submitted by prospective exhibitors will be listed here.
   
3. Click the Respond button associated with a request. The Review panel will appear.
   
4. Click the Review Request button. This exhibitor request will be placed under review.
   
1. Click the View request details link to see the information submitted by the exhibitor from the event website.
   
2. Click the Contact exhibitor link to get in touch with the exhibitor through the email address submitted by them.
   
3. Click the Add notes link to capture notes related to the exhibitor request.
   
4. Click the Approve button once the review process is complete to approve their request to assign them a booth.
   
5. The Approve exhibitor pop-up will display.
   
1. Select an exhibitor category. The exhibitor benefits will be listed.
   
2. Select a booth.
   
3. Click Approve.

Note:

1. Exhibitor requests can be sorted by the date they were sent, the booth category for which they applied, the exhibitor's company, or the status of the request.
   
2. The tabs on the top the Exhibitor requests tab can be used to filter out the requests by their states: Review pending, In review, Approved, Rejected, or Deleted.
   
3. Click the Category filter to view requests for a specific exhibitor category. 
   
4. Notes added by the reviewer of the exhibitor request will be visible to the entire team. 

Deny a Request 

1. Select Exhibitors > Exhibitor Requests from the dock. 
   
2. Click the Respond button associated with a request. The Review panel will display.
3. Check the details and then click the Deny request button. The Deny exhibitor request panel will display.
   
4. Enter a reason which will be sent to the exhibitor.
   
5. Click the Deny request button.
   

Export Exhibitor Requests 

 

1. Select Exhibitors > Exhibitor Requests from the dock. 
   
2. Click the Export button. The Export exhibitor requests pop-up will display.
3. Select the Password protect the file check box if you need to add a layer of security to the file when exported.
   
1. Enter a unique password in the Password text box.
   
4.  Choose a format for the file in the Choose format section.
   
5. Click the Export button. The file will be saved onto your local system.
