Manage Booths

1. Click on Exhibitors > Booths from the dock.  
2. Click the +Add Booth button. The Add booth panel will be displayed.  
   
3. Select the Single booth radio button if you want to add only a single booth. 
   
4. Select the Multiple booths radio button if you want to add a series of booths 
   
5. Enter all the required details like Booth Number, Exhibitor Category and Booth Dimensions.  
   
6. Click on Save. 
   

1. Click on Exhibitors > Booths from the dock.  
2. Click the Available booths tab to see booth that are yet to be allotted. 
   
3. Click the Filled booths tab to view the booths that are assigned to exhibitors.
   
4. Click the On Hold booths tab to view the booths which are on hold. 
   

Assign an exhibitor to a booth

1. Click on Exhibitors > Booths from the dock..
   
2. Click the Add exhibitor link for a booth in the Exhibitor column for a booth. The Add exhibitor panel will be displayed.
   
3. Enter details of the exhibitor.
   
1. Select the booth category.
   
2. Enter the exhibitor's company or organization name.
   
3. Enter the exhibitor's company website.
   
4. Enter the slogan for the exhibitor's company.
5. Add a description for the exhibitor's company.
   
6. Add the name of the contact person.
   
7. Enter the email address of the primary contact person.
   
8. Enter the phone number provided by the exhibitor.
   
9. Optional: Add an alternate contact number.
   
10. Click the Choose logo link to add a logo.
4. Click the Save button.
   

Note: You can change the assigned booth for an exhibitor by editing the exhibitor.
