Where can I view the list of attendees, prospects, and guests?

You can view the list of attendees, prospects and guests by clicking Attendee List in the Attendee tab of the Event Console.

What is the difference between an attendee, prospect, and guest?

Attendees are people who hold a ticket to your event. Prospects are people who have signed in to your microsite but haven't bought a ticket yet. A guest is a person who is allowed to take part in your event without a ticket such as members of the press, VIPs, family members etc.

How many attendees can I have for an event?

The number of attendees you can have for an event depends on the pricing plan you've chosen. Take a look at the plans here for more details.

What can prospects do on the event microsite?

Prospects can view everything in the event microsite, such as the agenda, gallery, and sponsor list. They can also add sessions that they would like to participate into the My Sessions list.

Do attendees need to log in to view the event on the attendee app?

Attendees do not need to log in to the attendee app to view the event. However, they do have to log in to perform the following actions:

Select favorite sessions from the agenda
Participate in discussions
Join ongoing sessions
Ask questions or provide feedback during sessions
Upload images to the gallery

Is there any way for attendees to customize my event agenda?

Yes, they can do this from the event microsite after they have registered. Simply navigate to the agenda and favorite the sessions to create a custom list.

Are attendees or speakers allowed to create discussion channels?

Yes, attendees and speakers can create discussion channels on the event microsite.
