What happens when a data access request is approved?
When you approve a data access request raised by someone, an email will be sent to them in their registered email address. This email will include a downloadable copy of all their data in Backstage.
If a data delete request is raised by someone, how much time will I have to approve it?
Once a data delete request is raised, you need to approve it within 30 days or the request will be automatically approved. After approval, the user's data will first be anonymized in all events that they were a part of in the portal. After this period, their data will be completely deleted from Backstage.
What happens when a data delete request is approved?
When a data delete request is approved, all data relating to the requestor in Backstage will either be removed or anonymized.
