How can I configure sponsors for my event?
Click the Sponsors tab in the Microsite Builder and click Add Sponsor. Enter the details of the sponsor and click Done. For more details about handling sponsorship for your event, click here.
Where can I find the sponsors who have sent requests from my event's microsite?
Sponsor requests can be found in the Sponsors tab of the Microsite Builder.
Can I accept sponsor payments online?
This feature is not currently available. After a person has sponsored, you can add them to the appropriate package in the Sponsors tab of the Microsite Builder. If a person has sent a request to sponsor your event you can contact them offline using the email address they have submitted and collect the sponsor amount.
How many sponsor packages can I add?
You can have a total of five sponsor packages.
Is there a limit for the benefits I can add for a sponsor package?
There is no limit to the number of benefits you can add for sponsor packages.
What currencies do you support for sponsor packages?
The currencies that you can set for sponsor packages are as follows: Dollars, Rupees, Pounds, and Yen.
Can I enter a custom value for benefits under each sponsor package?
Yes. To do this, select the $ option in the dropdown for a benefit under a sponsor package.
