Managing exhibitors
Enable exhibitors to pitch their product or trade at virtual booths during your online event.
Create booth and add exhibitors
Create online booths and provide facilities and benefits that exhibitors can use. Assign these booths to interested exhibitors and manage the booths that are yet to be filled up.
Booth rehearsals and meetings
Allow exhibitors to conduct meeting rehearsals before the event by accessing their online booth from the microsite. Exhibitors can prepare themselves by running through any material with a test audience to familiarize themselves for how they will interact with booth visitors on the event day. Exhibitors can upload files or videos that they want to share during meetings in the Booth Collateral tab in the event microsite.
On the day of the event, exhibitors can virtually hold one-on-one or group meetings with visitors in their booth. Separate meetings can be conducted if multiple booth members are added to the booth. Manage lead collection settings in the Exhibitors tab by editing a particular booth category. Exhibitors who purchase booths in that category can get access to this list and use it to contact leads after the event is over.
Booth analytics
View analytics for your booth in Backstage at anytime. Get reports about your booth's performance through the number of meeting conducted and leads collected, view booth status, and get information on the sales and revenue that was generated.
