Accessing the event dashboard
Get a bird's-eye view of your event from the Dashboard tab.
For Android
Monitor and view real-time updates about the following event information:
- Registrations: Follow ticket sales as they happen along with the sales target to be achieved based on the number of tickets you've configured for your event. With insightful data on ticket sales, you can track the progress of your goals and better your promotion strategies.
- Checked in: See the number of attendees who have checked-in at the beginning of the event. Also, keep track of the number of no-shows or attendees who haven't checked in at all.
- Event details: Get a short summary on the event including the number of sessions created, members in the event team, speakers, and sponsors. Click the View event microsite button to see all event details on the microsite.
- Sales summary: View the number of people who have registered to your event and the sales start and end date. Click the View more link in this section to see how many tickets are bought in each ticket class, if you've set up different ticket classes.
- Revenue: See the revenue made by ticket sales. Click the View more link in this section to see how the revenue for tickets is split across ticket classes. This section will only be visible to organizers, users who have the same permissions as an organizer in the event, and portal-level members.
For iOS
