Add a sponsor
Add a sponsor, select a package, and update contact information for the sponsor.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock
- Click the All Sponsors tab.
- Click the Add Sponsor button. The Add Sponsor panel will display.
- Provide all the sponsor details:
- Sponsor company/organization's name
- Website URL of the sponsor
- Amount that is being sponsored
- Sponsor logo
- Description of the sponsor
- Sponsor contact details
Note: If you have set up sponsor categories, select the appropriate category based on sponsored amount. - Click the Done button.
Note: Sponsors that you add before setting up any sponsor category will be set to the default category named Basic.
View a sponsor
View the sponsor you've added to see more details about them.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock.
- Click the All Sponsors tab.
- Click the View button for a sponsor. The Sponsor Details panel will be displayed.
Edit a sponsor
Modify any detail you have saved for a sponsor such as sponsor category or the amount.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock.
- Click the All Sponsors tab.
- Click the Edit button for a sponsor. The Edit Sponsor panel will be displayed.
- Modify the details in this panel.
- Click Done.
Delete a sponsor
Remove a sponsor that you have already added or approved and refund the sponsor amount, if anything has been received.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock.
- Click the All Sponsors tab.
- Click the dropdown for a sponsor and select Delete. The Remove Sponsor dialog box will be displayed.
- Click Remove in the resulting dialog box.
Export sponsor list
Keep an offline record of your sponsors list by exporting them into a spreadsheet.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock.
- Click the All Sponsors tab.
- Click the Export button in the top-right corner. The Export Sponsors dialog box will appear.
- Optional: Select the Password Protect the file checkbox to password protect the file.
- Optional: Enter a password in the Password text box.
- Select the format in which you want to export the file in the Choose Format section.
- Click the Export button.

Sponsor management is a paid feature enabled based on your subscription plan.
Assign an exhibitor booth to a sponsor
Set aside an exhibitor booth for a sponsor so that they can exhibit to attendees at your event.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock.
- Click the All Sponsors tab.
- Click the dropdown menu for a sponsor and select the Assign Booth option. The Assign Booth to Sponsor pop-up box with sponsor information will display.
- Select a booth category and a booth.
- Click the Assign Booth button to assign the sponsor to the selected booth.
- Click the View Details link in the resulting pop-up to navigate to the Exhibitors tab to view and manage the booth.
