Set up a sponsor category

1. Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock

2. Click the Sponsor Category tab.
• Modify the default sponsor category's name based on the central subject of your event, if needed.
  
• Modify the sponsor amount based on your funding needs. Enable the Hide Amount toggle if you do not want to display this on the website.
  
3. Click  to add a new category.
   
• Modify the default category name, if needed.
  
• Enter the price of the new category.
  
4. Click Save after you are done.

Note: You can edit sponsor category names by clicking  associated with a category name and selecting the Rename option.

Add benefits for a sponsor category

1. Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock
   
2. Click the Sponsor Category tab.
   
3. Click Add Sponsor Benefit on the category you want to add benefits.
4. Enter the benefits that you want to provide your sponsors in the text box on the left.
   
5. Use the options in the benefit dropdown menu under each sponsor category.
   
• Select to indicate that the benefit is valid for a particular category.
  
• Select to indicate that the benefit is invalid for a particular category.
  
• Select the Text option to enter your own message instead of selecting the previous options. 

Reorder benefits

1. Hover over the benefit name and click the Options  that is to the right of a benefit in the Sponsor Category tab from the Sponsors tab.
   
2. Select the Move Up or Move Down option. 

Delete a benefit

1. Hover over the benefit name and click the Options that is to the right of a benefit in the Sponsor Category tab from the Sponsors tab. 

2. Select Remove. The Remove Sponsor Benefit dialog box will display.
   
3. Click the Remove button. 

Hide a sponsor category

1. Go to Manage > Sponsors from the dock.
2. Click the Sponsor Category tab.
3. Click  associated with a category.
   
4. Select the Don't Show on Website option. The hidden category will be denoted with a  icon.

Note: To unhide a sponsor category, click  and select the Show on Website option.

Remove a sponsor category

1. Go to Manage > Sponsors, from the Dock
   
2. Click the Sponsor Category tab.
   
3. Click  associated with a category.
   
4. Select the Remove option. The Remove Sponsor Category dialog box will be displayed.
   
5. Click Remove in the resulting dialog box.
