Sponsor Requests
Managing sponsor requests
Manage sponsor requests received from the event website from induviduals or companies who are interested in sponsoring your event.
Approve sponsor requests
Confirm sponsorship by approving sponsor requests after it has been reviewed. A sponsor can send requests by selecting a category and amount in your event website. These requests will be populated on Sponsors > Sponsor Requests tab.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors tab from the dock
- Click the Sponsor Requests tab.
- Click the Approve button for any request. The sponsor request will be approve and moved to the All Sponsors tab.
View sponsor requests
View a sponsor request to get more details about the sponsor who has applied to support your event.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors tab from the dock
- Click the Sponsors Requests tab.
- Click the dropdown for any request and select View. The Sponsor Proposal Details panel will be displayed.
Edit sponsor requests
Update the details in the sponsor request to change it before you approve.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors tab from the dock
- Click the Sponsors Requests tab.
- Click the dropdown for any request and select Edit. The Edit Sponsor Proposal panel will be displayed.
- Modify necessary details.
- Click Done.
Deny sponsor requests
Exclude sponsorship requests from your approval list without deleting them from your event and inform sponsors about this, as well.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors tab from the dock
- Click the Sponsors Requests tab.
- Click the dropdown menu for any request and select the Deny option. The Deny Sponsor Request panel will be displayed.
- Enter a reason for denying the request.
- Select the Notify sponsor via email checkbox if you want to inform the sponsor.
- Click the Deny button. The sponsor request will be denied and moved to the Rejected tab in the Sponsor Requests tab.
Note: Denied sponsor requests can be approved again if needed from the Rejected tab.Delete sponsor requests
Remove sponsor requests that aren't a good fit for your event or have a conflict of interest based on previously set terms. Do this without trigging any rejection email to the sponsor who applied.
- Go to Manage > Sponsors tab from the dock
- Click the Sponsors Requests tab.
- Click the dropdown menu for any request and select the Delete option.
- The Remove Sponsor Proposal dialog box will appear
- Click the Delete button in the resulting dialog box.
