How to use tags in the Contacts module?
To add a tag name
1. Open the Bigin app on your smartphone.
2. Navigate to the Contacts 
module.
3. Select the desired contact record.
4. Tap the Tags 
icon that can be found in the middle of the screen.
5. Enter a new tag name > Tap the Add 
button > Select a colour.
6. Tap the Tick 
icon.
Once the above-mentioned steps are completed, remember to tap the Tick 
icon to ensure all changes are saved.
To remove a tag name
1. Select the desired contact record.
2. Tap the Tags 
icon that can be found in the middle of the screen.
Next to each tag name, you'll notice a cross 
button. Tap on the button to remove a tag name from the Selected Tags list.
