Yes, there are social media elements in the template editor that you can use to edit the icon and the app name.
Can you include YouTube videos in the template editor?
Yes, you can include videos from YouTube and Vimeo through the "Video" element in the template editor.
Does Zoho Campaigns provide RTL layouts for Arabic and Hebrew languages?
Yes, we do provide RTL layouts for Arabic and Hebrew languages.
Can you create code within the template editor?
Yes, you can use the "Insert HTML" component to create code within the template editor.
Does Zoho Campaigns provide an option to compress the images?
No, as of now, Zoho Campaigns does not have the feature to compress the image.
Does Zoho Campaigns support background images?
No, currently we do not support background images in Zoho Campaigns.
Can you review the edited version history of a specific campaign?
Yes, you have the history of saved versions. Click the Last saved button in the template editor to view the history version.
Why is the pre-header option not visible next to the subject?
The pre-header option is not immediately visible next to the subject line. Once you have added the content and saved the template, click on Save and Exit to view the detail view page. The pre-header option will be available below the subject line.
Do you have social media campaigns to send campaigns through Facebook or LinkedIn?
No. However, you can send the campaign manually to share it on social media.
Why are you unable to test the campaign, and why did you get this error – "Error: You do not have enough litmus credits to perform this test. Buy more litmus credits."?
Running litmus tests will show you how your email content looks in various email clients and devices. However, if you wish, you can make use of the "Test email" option to test out the campaign.
Why are you unable to send the test email, and you’ve received the following message – "You have reached the maximum limit to send the test emails. Please contact support@zohocampaigns.com."?
The allowed limit of test emails per day is 50. If the limit has been reached, this error will appear.
Are you unable to add the test email address and you’ve received the following message – "You have reached the maximum number of email addresses to send the test email. Please contact support@zohocampaigns.com."?
The allowed limit is 20 sender addresses for test emails. We recommend that you remove old, unused sender addresses to free up space so you can add more sender addresses.
Why did you get this message when trying to send a test email – "Your email campaign does not have a sender address. Please add a sender address to send the test email."?
Configure the sender address to test emails from the email campaign page.
Can you increase the test email count for the day from the backend?
Yes. You can send a maximum of 50 test emails per day, which is generally sufficient in terms of practicality. However, if you wish to increase this limit, we can adjust it from the backend after analyzing your requirements.
How many test emails can be sent in a day?
50 test emails can be sent every day.
How many test email addresses can be added?
Zoho Campaigns lets you add 20 test email addresses to an account.
Why are images blocked in the delivered email?
The image block is a restriction by the recipient's mail system. Click the Display images now option in the delivered email.
Why are images misaligned on the recipient’s end?
Cross check whether the content is forwarded from the recipient's mail box. We recommend using the "tell a friend" merge tag to forward the email.
Can you CC: another email address when sending a campaign?
Currently, there isn’t an option to CC: or BCC: in Zoho Campaigns. However, it's in the planning stages.
Can you add comments on the campaigns that have been sent?
Yes. You can make use of comment merge tags in the template editor.
Is there a thread feature in Campaigns?
Currently, there isn’t a thread feature in Zoho Campaigns. However, it’s in the planning stages.
Can you send follow-up campaigns?
Yes. You can send follow-up campaigns through the Send follow up button in the Campaign report page.
Why are your emails getting clipped?
In Gmail, only the HTML content under 102 KB will be displayed in full. If it exceeds this limit, Gmail will clip the content. Learn more about how to prevent your emails from being clipped.
Can you pause an email campaign midway through?
Yes. You can pause a campaign midway by clicking the Pause button at the right top. However, it's not possible to recall the campaign if it’s already been sent to the recipients.
Can you retrieve the deleted campaign?
Yes. You can retrieve it from the backend with the campaign URL. You can get the campaign URL by navigating to Campaign > Email campaign > Deleted campaign from the drop-down. Then, copy and share the URL of the webpage with the Zoho Campaigns ...
