Admins - Overview

Administrators play an important role in Zoho Directory. They are the people who manage the organization through the admin panel. There are two different administrative roles in Zoho Directory:

Admins: Admins are privileged users with complete access to the admin panel. They perform all subscription-related actions, and receive related email updates on those actions. They are also responsible for managing all users, groups, and applications in the organization.
Owner: The organization owner, sometimes referred to as a super admin, is a special type of admin. By default, the person who signs up for Zoho Directory will be assigned the position of owner, and will remain in that role until transferring it to a different user. An organization's owner is the only person who can edit its details.
