Prerequisites

1. Bugsnag administrator account

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. If you're a Zoho One user:
   
1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install Bugsnag.
   
   
2. If you're a Zoho Directory user:
   
1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and add Bugsnag.
   
   
3. Name your app and enter Account ID.
   
   

   Note: To obtain your Account Id, sign in to Bugsnag as an administrator, then go to Organization settings by clicking the  icon. Click Single sign-on. Your Account ID will be a part of the SAML Endpoint URL. For example, https://app.bugsnag.com/user/sign_in/saml/<account_id>/acs.
4. Click Add.
   
5. Click the Single Sign-On tab.
   
6. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
   
7. Click Identity Provider Details, then click Download IDP Metadata.
   
   

Configure SAML in Bugsnag

1. Sign in to Bugsnag as an administrator.
   
2. Click the  icon in the top right corner, then click Organization settings.
   
3. Click Single sign-on.
   
4. Choose XML for SAML/IdP Metadata field, then copy and paste the contents of the downloaded XML file.
   
5. Click SAVE.

Just-in-time provisioning

1. Sign in to Bugsnag as an administrator.
   
2. Click the   icon in the top right corner, then click Organization settings.
   
3. Click Single sign-on.
   
4. Enable Auto-provision collaborators. You can choose whether to give project access to the new users or not.
   
5. Click SAVE.

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Bugsnag.
   
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
   
4. Click on  the icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Bugsnag's homepage.
   
   

Enforce SAML SSO

1. Sign in to Bugsnag as an administrator.
   
2. Click the   icon in the top right corner, then click Organization settings.
   
3. Click Single sign-on.
   
4. Enable Force your team to log in via your SSO provider.
   
5. Click SAVE.
