Culture Amp for Zoho Directory

Prerequisites

Culture Amp account administrator privileges

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. If you're a Zoho One user:

Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
Use the search bar to find and install Culture Amp.

2. If you're a Zoho Directory user:

Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
Use the search bar to find and add Culture Amp.

3. Provide a name for your app and sub domain.

Note: The "[subdomain]" will be your subdomain. For example, if your organization's Culture Amp URL is https://zylker.cultureamphq.com, "zylker" would be your subdomain and your ACS URL would be https://router.cultureamphq.com/sso/zylker/acs.

4. Click Add.

5. Click the Single Sign-On tab.

6. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.

7. Click identity Provider Details, then copy the Metadata URL.

Configure SAML in Culture Amp

To enable and configure SAML SSO for your Culture Amp account, contact Culture Amp support at support@cultureamp.com and provide the copied Metadata URL.

Test the SAML connection

Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.

Go to Applications, then click Culture Amp.
Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
Click the icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Culture Amp's homepage.

Make app visible to all users

After successfully testing the SSO, you can make Culture Amp available for all users to access from their My Apps page.

To make Culture Amp visible to all users:

Sign in to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
Go to Applications, then click Culture Amp.
Click Unhide.
You can now access Culture Amp from Zoho Directory's My Apps page.
