Prerequisites

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
3. Use the search bar to find and install EnableHr.

2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
3. Use the search bar to find and add EnableHr.
   

Configure SAML in EnableHr

1. To enable and configure SAML SSO for your EnableHr account:
   
2. Sign in to EnableHr account as an account administrator.
3. Click Settings > Account Settings.
4. Click the Security tab, then the SSO tab.
5. Leave the Identity Provider (IdP) field blank or select the option . "This is a hard-coded list of partners we intended to work with during the design phase and has no bearing on whether or not SSO works or how it works".
6. Check the Enable SAML Identity Provider box.
7. In the SAML Identity Provider field, paste the XML metadata content copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
8. Select the appropriate Authentication Mode. If you intend to manage users and their roles within EnableHR then set to "AuthenticationOnly" mode. If you intend to use "Access (Authorization)" mode, you will need to contact enableHR.
9. Set New User Access as ESS - eSS Employee, as that is the safest option advice by EnableHr.
10. In the Login URL paste the Issuer copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
11. Click Update.
    

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click EnableHr.
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
4. Click the icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to EnableHr homepage.

Make app visible to all users

1. Sign in to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click EnableHR.
3. Click Unhide.
