Prerequisites

1. Fastly administrator privileges

Configure SAML in Zoho One/ Directory

1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install Fastly.
   
   

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and add Fastly.
   
   

Note: To find your Account ID, sign in to Fastly, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click Account from the dropdown menu. Click Single Sign On, then click Add SAML configuration. You Account ID is the last part of the Audience URI (SP Entity ID) field.

6. Click Identity Provider Details, then click Download IDP Metadata. A metadata file will be downloaded.

Configure SAML in Fastly

1. Sign in to Fastly as Superuser.
   
2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click Account from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Click Single sign-on, then click Add SAML Configuration.
   
4. Click BROWSE FOR THE METADATA FILE, then upload the downloaded metadata file.
   
5. Click Save and enable sso.
   

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Fastly.
   
3. Click Assign Users, select yourself from the list, then click Assign.
   
4. Click on the   icon next to the application's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Fastly's homepage.
   
   

Enforce SAML SSO

1. Sign in to Fastly as Superuser.
   
2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click Account from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Click Single sign-on.
   
4. Click the checkbox Immediately enforce SSO for all users except superusers. This will end all current non-SSO sessions to enforce SSO for all the SSO except the Superusers. This will allow Superusers to sign in using their passwords to avoid the risk of account getting locked.
