1. Favro Enterprise plan with administrator privileges

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. If you're a Zoho One user:
   
1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install Favro.
   
   
2. If you're a Zoho Directory user:
   
1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and add Favro.
   
   
3. Click Add.
   
4. Click the Single Sign-On tab.
   
5. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
   
6. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Sign-in URL and the X.509 Certificate.
   
   

Configure SAML in Favro

1. Sign in to Favro as an administrator.
   
2. Click on your profile in the top-left corner, then click Administration.
   
3. Click Authentication methods.
   
4. Click Configure next to SAML authentication.
   
5. Enter your organization's domain name, then click Add domain.
   
6. Under the Domain verification section, copy the Record name and Record value and paste them in your DNS manager where you host your domain. Click Verify now. It will take about 40 minutes for your domain to be verified.
   
7. Paste the copied Sign-in URL and X.509 Certificate in the SAML login url and SAML identity provider certificate fields respectively.
   
8. Click Save configuration.

Just-in-time provisioning

1. Sign in to Favro as an administrator.
   
2. Click on your profile in the top-left corner, then click Administration.
   
3. Click Authentication methods, then click on your domain name where you configured SAML.
   
4. Enable Automatically add users to this organization in the Auto-add users section.
   
5. Click Save configuration.

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Favro.
   
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
   
4. Click on the   icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Favro's homepage.
