Prerequisites

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Marketplace , then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install Flock.
   
   

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and add Flock
   
   

7. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Issuer, the Sign-in URL, and the X.509 Certificate.
     

Configure SAML in Flock

1. Sign in to Flock Admin Panel as an administrator.
2. In the left panel, select Authentication Settings and Provisioning.
3. Under Authentication Settings, enable SAML Authentication.
4. Under Configure SAML, in the SAML endpoint and Identity Provider Issuer fields, paste the Sign-in URL and Issuer value copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
5. In the Public Certificate fields, paste the X.509 Certificate values copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
6. In the Custom Label field, enter the text as Directory, or you can customize the sign in button label as needed.
7. After testing the SAML configuration successfully, check the Make SAML sign-in mandatory for everyone box.
8. Click Save and Done.

Test the SAML connection

1. Go to Applications, then click Flock.
2. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
3. Click the  icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Flock's homepage.
