JobScore for Zoho Directory
Prerequisites
JobScore account administrator privileges
Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory
1. If you're a Zoho One user:
- Sign in to Zoho One
, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
- Use the search bar to find and install JobScore.
2. If you're a Zoho Directory user:
- Sign in to Zoho Directory
, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
- Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
- Use the search bar to find and add JobScore.
3. Provide a name for your app and the company code
To find your company code, Log into your JobScore account as an administrator > Scroll over the gear icon, scroll over Accounts in the drop-down menu, and select Company Info & Settings > In the Company Information section, you will find your Company code.
4. Click Add.
5. Click the Single Sign-On tab.
6. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
7. Click Identity Provider Details, then click Download IDp Metadata to download the Metadata XML file.
Configure SAML in JobScore
To enable and configure SAML SSO for your JobScore account, contact JobScore support at support@jobscore.com and provide previously downloaded metadata XML certificate from Zoho directory admin panel along with date and time at which SSO should be enabled.
Note: If a user has been granted access to JobScore through Zoho directory admin panel but has not yet been added to the JobScore system they will be auto-provisioned on their first successful login (Just in Time provisioning).
Test the SAML connection
Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click JobScore.
- Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
- Click on the
icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to JobScore's homepage.
Make app visible to all users
After successfully testing the SSO, you can make JobScore available for all users to access from their My Apps page.
To make JobScore visible to all users:
- Sign in to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click JobScore.
- Click Unhide.
- You can now access JobScore from Zoho Directory's My Apps page.
