Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install Lattice.
   
   

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory  , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and add Lattice.
   
   

Note: The "[subdomain]" will be your Lattice subdomain. For example, if your organization's Lattice URL is https://zylker.latticehq.com, "zylker" would be your subdomain and your ACS URL would be: https://router.latticehq.com/sso/zylker/acs

7. Click Identity Provider Details, then click Download IDP Metadata. An XML file will be downloaded.
    

Configure SAML in Lattice

1. Sign in to Lattice account as an administrator.
   
2. Go to Admin and click Single Sign On.
3. Below Single Sign-On settings, check the Force login through SSO or Force admin login box if you want to hide email and password input fields on the login page.
4. In the XML metadata fields, paste the XML metadata file copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
5. Click Save.

Test the SAML connection

1. Go to Applications, then click Lattice.
   
2. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
3. Click the  icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Lattice homepage.
