Prerequisites

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install ProdPad.
   
   
   

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
3. Use the search bar to find and add ProdPad.
   
   
   

Configure SAML in ProdPad

1. Sign in to ProdPad account as an administrator.
2. Click your account icon, then select Account Settings>Security.
   
3. Below the SAML/SSO tab, click the Add authentication type button and select SAML from the dropdown.
4. Under SAML, in the IdP Entity ID/URL and IdP SAML Single Sign-On URL fields, paste the Issuer and the Sign-in URL copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
5. In the Logout URL (optional) and X.509 Certificate fields, paste the Sign-out URL and X.509 Certificate values copied from the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
6. Click Save.

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
2. Go to Applications, then click ProdPad.
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
4. Click the   icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be signed in automatically and taken to the ProdPad homepage.
