Prerequisites

• A Business, Business Plus, or Enterprise account with Box

Configure SAML in Zoho One  or Zoho Directory

2. If you're a Zoho Directory user:

• Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.

• Go to Applications, then click Add Application.

• Use the search bar to find and add Box.
  

3. Provide a name of your app.

4. If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access Box, uncheck the Display app to users option. You can later make the app visible to all users.

5. Click Add.

6. Click Manage Application, then select Single Sign-On.

7. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.

8. Click Identity Provider Details, then click the Download IDP Metadata option.
   

 Configure SAML in Box 

1. Sign in to your Box account.

2. Use the Box SSO Questionnaire to submit a request to the Box team. Attach the IdP Metadata file with the questionnaire, then click Submit.

3. Box can take up to 24 hours to process your metadata file. They will notify you via email once they're done processing.

4. Once you're notified, go back to your Box account and click User Settings.

5. Click Configure under Configure Single Sign On (SSO), then enable SSO Test Mode.    

1. Return to the Zoho One Admin Panel.

2. Go to Applications, then click Box.

3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.

4. Click the icon. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Box's homepage.
   

1. Sign in to your Box account.

2. Click User Settings, then click Configure under Configure Single Sign On (SSO).

3. Enable SSO Required.
   

 To make Box visible to all users:

1. Sign in to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.

2. Go to Applications, then click Box.

3. Click Unhide.
   

4. You can now access Box from Zoho One's My Apps page.
