While the PageSense visual editor does a reasonable job with its toolbar options and easy editing environment, the use of container tags will provide you the maximum flexibility to choose the right element that you want to edit or format on your variation page. Using container tags is a straightforward way to help you select the exact parent of the elements for which you wish to adjust the position or edit style attributes such as text color, font style, list type, and more at once.
Furthermore, it lets you perform the following actions:
To use container tags in the editor:
1. Select your A/B experiment and click the EDITOR tab on the top.
2. Hover over and click the element you want to insert, format, or edit the properties of a selected elements.
The action bar will appear on the page.
3. Click Select Container and choose the required container tag you want to change. Here are a few of the common tags you will see in the editor window:
