How many teams can a user be part of?
A user in Qntrl can be a member of any number of teams within the same organization. Make sure to add the user to the right teams to avoid confusion in card or field level permissions.
What role and profile do I need to assign while adding a new user?
You can assign a role based on the user's designation and a profile based on the type of privilege and permissions you want the user to have.A user can have many roles but only one profile.
Who are active users?
Every user who is added to the organization is an active user . Note that even if a user has not accepted your invitation, they are considered an active user.
What happens when a user is deleted from Qntrl?
Once a user is deleted , t he user will no longer be able to access the organization in Qntrl. All card and field level permissions will also be revoked for the deleted user.
