Integrating with JobsDB
Zoho Recruit integrates with JobsDB, one of the leading job portals in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Below are the steps to set up and start posting your openings on JobsDB. The Recruiter Admin needs to enable the one-time Setup so all other users can start posting jobs.
Step 1: Enable JobsDB in Setup
- Go to Setup > Job Boards.
- Locate JobsDB from the list of job boards and enable the toggle button.
- Enter your username and password of JobsDB and click Save.
Step 2: Publish jobs to JobsDB
- Go to the Job Openings module.
- Select a job and click the Publish icon. Choose Publish on Job Boards.
- Locate JobsDB and choose a Candidate Application Form.
- Click Publish.
How to unpublish jobs from JobsDB?
- Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
- Select Sourcing Summary from the left side pane.
- At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to unpublish your posting.
- Confirm to unpublish your job.
Note: You can republish your job at any time of your hiring cycle. Access your files securely from anywhere
