Can I filter my Live Stream view according to my preferences?

It is currently not possible to customize or filter your Live Stream notifications in Zoho Social. However, you have the option to change your Notification preferences for notifications about activities from social channels. This includes notifications for direct messages that are sent to your inbox, wall posts on your page, and @mentions of your Brand across your social channels.

You can view notifications on the top right corner of your screen, by clicking on the Bell icon.

To control notifications from a specific social channel:

1. Click on Settings -> Brand Settings -> Notifications

2. Click on a social channel.

3. Each social channel has its categories for interactions:

Facebook Page: Posts by others, Comments, Messages, and Likes.
Twitter Profile: Mentions, Messages, Re-tweets, Likes, and Replies.
Instagram Profile: Comments and Likes.

3. Click Add Member for each type of interaction, for which you want to turn on notifications. The team members you add will be notified immediately via the bell icon.
