Is it possible for me to have a list of all my Brand @mentions in one place?
Yes, you can view all of your Brand mentions for Facebook and Twitter on the Monitor tab. Here's how you can do this:
You have add the @Mentions column for Twitter, as well as the Page Mentions column for Facebook Page from the orange + sign on your Monitor tab.
In addition to this, you can also set up custom columns that help you search for your Brand as a keyword or a hashtag - which will display engagers who have used these specific terms to Tweet about your Brand on Twitter.
While some engagers may choose to write to you as @Zylkertravels for instance, others might use #ZylkerTravels or simply type in the name 'Zylker Travels' in their tweet. This feature lets you track all possible mentions since you'll be able to monitor conversations about your Brand across social channels
