Why is my ZeptoMail account still not reviewed?

We generally take 2 business days to review your account.

Sometimes we need additional information from you that will help us verify your business identity and understand the nature of emails you are planning to send. In such cases our presales team will send an email with a list of questions. Please check your inbox to see if you have received any email from "presales@zeptomail.com" and respond to that for us to process your account further.
